Very friendly and helpful staff. It wasn't luxury accommodation, needed updating and the decor wasn't very nice.

No regular staff . Rooms are unclean. No safety precautions for guests. Old building with damage walls. Roof fall down when I was sleeping and no one was available in hotel to handle this situation. Few people helped me to change the room. They said me that the owner of this hotel is out of the city and no one knows when he will come back. They said we are guest of this hotel and later I found them working on reception and taking care of guest keys.

Inexpensive. Supposed to have WiFi and tea making, didn't have either!. Shower was in a cupboard with no light. Landing had no light, dangerous. Wash basin was in the middle of the bedroom. Room was dirty. Arranged to have breakfast on morning of departure but the owner slept in! Lift didn't work and no offer of help with carrying bags upstairs even though one of the guests was 70 years old. It might be inexpensive but it's not good value

Staff were friendly otherwise Nothing. Coffee and Tea facilities consisted of 5 tea bags, 1 coffee satchet, 2 powder milks, 3 sugars. Plus 3 odd mugs and no spoons. The bedding had brown stains on the duvets the carpets needed hoovering the decoration was overall in poor condition. The shower had no soaps etc whatsoever and was tiny with little room to dress etc. The remainder of the Hotel was shabby and dirty. On the scale of 1 to 10, I rate this Hotel 2 only due to the friendly staff. Be wise stay well away unless very desperate.
