Park Inn by Radisson Telford is ideal for Telford's government offices and surrounding business parks, whilst also well placed for Ironbridge and its 9 museums. The hotel is completely non-smoking.

It was all good
Easy walking distance to town and News Agents. Next door but one to very convenient Pub with very large portions. Delightful proprietors!
Location was great, parking was good, made to feel very welcome and all explained regarding facilities comfortable bed, top breakfast and all for £39 fantastic value! Would stay again
The location near to Ironbridge.
No glasses in bedroom No extra blankets and very thin duvet Overpriced Poor standard of hygiene. Dirty sheets Lack of professionalism
Good breakfast, comfy beds, friendly hosts.Very accommodating.Right on river.
Shower tray took ages to drain, lighting very poor, Victorian plumbing with european lighting. only place to read properly was bathroom.Had to wait ages to check in but was offered tea/coffee
Leo & Lesley (the owners) are very polite & helpfull, and serve up a lovely full english breakfast. If you like tribal-based artifacts, then there's plenty around the place to admire, along with some lovely prints of old Ironbridge in it's heyday. The garden leads to the rivers edge, where you can take the footpath (not suitable for those with walking difficulties) under the 2nd (less famous) iron bridge towards Ironbridge town. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was very warm. The shower worked a treat, and hopefully Leo's fitted some hooks by now to hang your towels/clothes on. The Firs does what it says on the sign - Bed & Breakfast - but given it's location it could offer so much more with professional assistance & advice (& maybe some extra staff?). For a good evening meal, try The Meadows pub next door, a warm welcome awaits.
Very tight parking/manouvering area, not helped by a telegraph pole supporting cable ! Room was rather cramped, with double bed & bunk bed squeezed in, meaning lack of storage space for family room. Complimentary facilities not restocked following day. Nowhere to relax & unwind in house after long days sightseeing. The garden & patio areas are in need of a good pruning & spruce up,and would benefit from proper safe steps down to the river. Having to pre-order breakfast the night before was a bit odd too, as was the layout of other breakfast items in the morning. I think Leo & Lesley are trying to do everything themselves to save costs, but this has resulted in a very haphazard style of accomodation.
Breakfast was cooked fresh and very tasty with many choices. Hosts very friendly and welcoming.
Carpets could have been vacuumed better, no pillow cases and had to hunt for towels. Laundry stacked in entrance foyer at check in.
The room we stayed in was a good size and beds very comfortable. Good choice of breakfast. Would stay there again. Thanks Leo and Lesley.
Room was clean and tidy. Tea and coffee were always available in the room. Owners were friendly, kept lively conversations going over breakfast and always on hand if you needed help. The breakfast was really nice and set me up for the mornings without having to have mid-morning snacks.
Had a spider in my bedroom sink one night.
The owners are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble, the Firs is on the outskirts of Ironbridge but within walking distance and the property has gardens at the rear leading down to the river, very peaceful.Very good breakfast and comfortable beds
Friendliness of owners and freedom to use house and garden
En-suite facility in our room was a little cramped - not ideal
Tea on arrival friendly hosts homely atmosphere location Lovely full English breakfast Comfortable bed and linen
Sink in bedroom Plastic spoons with tea making facility Decor and furniture in room dated No bathroom compliments or tissues Dull lighting
Being on the banks of the Severn. Parking and access. Cosy room. Friendly and welcoming staff. Great breakfast. Oscar the dog!
Separate bathroom too far away particularly in the middle of the night!
The comfort of the room and the pleasant owners Lou and Leslie. Nothing was to much trouble for them. Cup of tea on arrival whilst booking in. Variety of choice for breakfast
Bed was comfortable Cooked breakfast Sofa in the bedroom Nearness to Ironbridge village
Tiny shower/toilet cubicle was only big enough for the toilet and shower. Main view from bay window of king size bedroom was of multiple mobile homes in the garden behind which were 4 power station cooling towers -we were expecting a riverside view. Breakfast -make your own tea and instant coffee from sachets. Owner insisted on full payment on arrival before sight of the room.
The room Didnt like the location of toilet and washbasin Also booked a twin room But double Bed and a single bed in room Would not have minded if just a double
After a long drive of over four hours to get here , it was so nice to find such a friendly welcome with tea and biscuits being offered the moment u arrived. And with plenty of parking available for the car. A really nice place to stay
The owners, the beds, the security arrangements and the breakfasts.
Only instant coffee, poor shower in the en suite, single rooms poor
Victorian building with sympathetic window upgrades. Good breakfasts with gluten-free for Mrs.B. Attentive hosts.
Room 4 facilities a little cramped.
Leo & Lesley went out of their way to give us all the information we needed about the area. They were also very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
I would have liked to check in before 4pm.
People were very pleasant
Place needed a good clean, rooms were small and lots of cobwebs
The couple who ran it were very warm and friendly. Bed was new and very comfortable.
Parts of the B and B was run down. Our bedroom was not a good standard. Couldn't book in until 4pm. The owners didn't live there.
Very caring hosts and lovely breakfast.
