Really lovely staff, very helpful. Great location. Comfortable room. Great breakfast.

Breakfast

Rubbish bed, small room for two people although we paid competitive room tariffs. Bath/shower was substandard and toilet didn't flush properly. Some of the bath tiles were loose as we walked on them. Basically it wasnt a good experience. A small wardrobe was all loose and could fall anytime from the wall fixing. We didn't even touch the wardrobe. We wouldn't recommend that to anyone else.

Easy to find and a good location. Friendly staff

Room smelt of smoke and could have been cleaner. There allowed people into the dining room for breakfast in bare feet and they had a dog that allowed in the dining room during breakfast.

Clean sheets crisp and white along with towels

very small shower that went hot then cold as it needed De-scaling. The breakfast was ok but greaser than I would like.

I had everything in my room I needed for one night before catching the plane home. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. Recommended a great Indian restaurant and arranged for a car to take us to the airport in the morning. I was especially grateful for the ease of coming from the tube station since I was by myself with all my luggage!

Lovely and helpful staff. The room was cozy and comfy. Nicely located in proximity of the tube station (the Piccadilly line, 20ish mins ride to central London).

convenient location 2 minutes walk to underground station, parking limited but next door in front of church you do find something if it is to tight on there parking

It was next to the underground, Picadilly Line, which makes it useful to get to the city centre. People at the hotel was helpful and breakfast was delicious: full English breakfast.

It needs some painting in the rooms.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Heathrow airport, which is why we chose to stay here.the personnel is very helpful, they ve arranged a slightly earlier breakfast for us and seemed very approachable.it s not far from the subway, so perfect for trips to the city (about 40 mins to the Buckingham palace)

The neighbourhood looked rough at night, but we didn't spend much time there.the hotel needs modernisation and the rooms felt small

It was an ok room but the bathroom was tiny

Weird setup in the bathroom with no door, steps, no place to hangup up clothes. The smoke-detector went off when my husband was showering but we got no satisfactory answer as to why. The tv didn´t work ans we called the downstairs man three times but we never got the hang of it. Downstairs is unfished with electric cables streaming from the cable box. The plastic-partioned room next to ours upstairs was a building site.

Free parking fair value for money. Could book in at midday as we were on our way to a rugby match at twickenham.

Although it did not trouble us too much there was extensive building works taking place.

The bedding was very clean and tidy. Ideal location for Twickenham. Cheap and cheerful overall and a decent breakfast.

Looks dirty and where jobs have been done they just look unfinished.

It was situated near to the places we wanted to visit, our main visit being a family wedding. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Also the breakfasts were very good -- there were cereal choices, fresh fruit, juice, an English breakfast, toast, tea and coffee. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The Lodge is within easy walking distance of the Picadilly Line Underground -- which makes it very easy to get to London and Heathrow.

Pokój: 4-osobowy pokój był zbyt ciasny dla 4 osób, łazienka z jakąś archaiczną armaturą była dziuplą o szerokości 70 cm najwyraźniej wydzieloną z wcześniej istniejącego pokoju, z oryginalnie wyłączonej lodówki wydobywały się nieciekawe zapachy, pierwszej nocy pogryzł mnie jakiś insekt (coś jak długa pluskwa) zanim go znalazłem I wrzuciłem do umywalki Jadalnia: nie posiadała żadnej wentylacji więc koszule po śniadaniu nie nadawały się do wyjścia na miasto Ostatni raz nocowałem w podobnym hotelu w czasie wizyty w Bombaju

L’hôtel est en plein travaux donc on déjeune parmi les sacs de ciment et les fils électriques apparents. L'hôtel est en bordure d'une rue très fréquentée à toute heure du jour ou de la nuit, même fenêtres fermées on a l'impression qu'elles sont ouvertes. La douche n'a pas de pression. Je déconseille fortement cet hôtel!!!

Ved første indtryk serviceminded personale, som også kunne henvise til et godt spisested I nærheden. Værelset var rent. Til trods for at hotellet er tæt på heathrow, var dette ikke en gene. Nærhed til indkøb og spisesteder.

Der var meget lydt og hotellet var under ombygning. Ex. Var der om aftenen meget larm fra gæster/hotelejerne selvom kl. Var 23. Dette var der ikke kompensation for I prisen. Badeværelset var meget lille for et værelse til 4 personer.

Genrally unclean and of a very poor standard. Would never go there again. Photos on website do not reflect the actual condition of the hotel. Two stars is very questionable????

I didn't like anything, the place is a dump and a total rip off !!!!!

Comfortable bed, good location near tube station, free parking.

Wifi signal very weak, "24hr desk" was a rather grumpy person sleeping in the lounge (not happy to answer door at 02.30), stairs are uneven/not level, decor generally poor.

Radiator jambed on full the whole night therefore requiring the window to be left fully open. Not ideal with planes flying over. The room stank either or parafin or more likely aviation fuel. The curtain was not wide enought for the window, spare bits of bedding had to be used. Decoration was very poor. It was pretty horrible.
