Service was good; very polite, accommodating, beds made daily; clean sheets/towels, etc. Outstanding value for money. Highly recommended.
Excellent location to tube station and easy to get to from motorway
Place could do with new carpets and general new paint work.staff were ignorant .
good price with free car parking
Really liked the friendly staff and the cooked breakfast every morning very hospitable staff Having the garden out the back was brilliant for our two little ones to run around and play Overall great stay at Firs lodge
Proximity to Heathrow.
Ceiling leaked whenever the bathroom above was used. Staff were not helpful when brought to their attention (they gave us a towel).
The location and staff were friendly
The rooms and hallways were disgusting full of dust and mess. When arriving in the room, soap and other items were still left from previous guests (with personal items attached). Screws from the bed were loose and sticking out as well as a screw from the floor when entering the bathroom which i cut my foot on.
Booked family room but for myself and father. Given two seperate rooms for same price.
The smaller room had a noisy boiler that started up very early in the morning.
They made us an amazing breakfast every single morning we were there. It was also very convenient to the Tube. They were excellent about cleaning our room and plenty of clean towels.
Water pressure in the shower was challenging.
Proximity to a Heathrow tube stop - two stops away.
This place is in bad need of an interior renovation! Full English breakfast sounds great before getting on a plane, but with an 8:00 start time it wasn't something we could contemplate with a 10:00 flight. At least the young man working made us some toast. The worst of it was that when we arrived at 9:00 pm with our printed confirmation, they had NO record of us on their hand written ledger. It took several minutes for them to decide we had a bed for the night. The lady working the desk went and physically looked in rooms and knocked on doors to see if there was a room available.
Good breakfast and staff
The single room I stayed in one night had a faulty shower.
Close to Heathrow. good breakfast
Noizy doors banging all though night and people talking though corridors and entrance foyer sound proofing required
Room was too small for a couple. Would have been better as a single room
Shower was good power shower and stayed warm
Sink tap not comfortably available. Hard to get to due to shower position!
The Double Room booked with Booking.com was not available.A Single room was found at a discounted price. Let down by Booking.com.
All. The services are excelent
Some times if you need any assistance you have to come down from your room to the reception which is not suppose to be there should be an intercom communication service.
Nice dining area. Service was very well intended. Excellent on-site free parking which is a definite plus in comparison as many charge extra for this and for breakfast. Booking reservation went smoothly as they were prepared and expecting us even though we didn't arrive until early eve.
Breakfast although q nice and plentiful (+ incl in price)was not particularly pleasing to the eye. Of all the eggs we received, only one was to the standard you would expect. Room was acceptable but basic. The lower of the two bunk beds had springs pushing through so our disabled 7yo slept on top of the duvet with a blanket over him. Heat in the room by morning was stifling. Decor (apart from dining area) unbelievably 'tired' and shabby. All in all not good value for money but a 'port in a storm'.

Convenience of parking, although I was at first unable to park as "White van man" had monopolised the car park.
I found as one reviewer had said, that the whole place needs a complete refurbushment as it is long past it's date. Although I booked about 7 months ago the twin room we were allocated was at the front facing main road and noisy, the double glazing was virtually useless I could even hear people talking in the car park below, and although the mattresses appeared to be new, one was firm but the other would have problem supporting a 10year old child. None had mattress protectors, the "pop up" sink plug was laying on a low shelf below the sink, and I had to re-instal it and connect the rods back up to get the sink to hold water! On the Fire Safety side, the statutory notices were stuck to the door but NO escape route marked, and the fire door to the stairs was TOTALLY unmarked OR Labelled!!! I was considering contacting Hounslow Council over this.
Price was very reasonable and had off-road parking. Wifi good. Staff helpful. Room was clean and they offer a full English breakfast.
Looks very tatty outside and inside. Needs a good makeover throughout.
Hospitable and friendly staffs! Would be back just because of them.
Bathroom needs improvement, weak shower and difficult to adjust temperature. Entrance doors were not complementing each other's way.
the bed was comfortable, although so tired could of slept on a bed of nails, loved the way the ensuite is tiny as it is, but still has a door that opens inwards, comical really.
If you fancy visiting a 1970's care home that reeks of damp and cigarettes then happy days, but not for me, it feels very creepy, its overpriced big time, I am a decorator and this place is screaming out for modernisation big time and still will be by the time a property developer gets hold of it, because that's what it needs or an architect to bring this prehistoric so called lodge into the 21'st century, if your stuck between this gaff and a hostel then pick the hostel,
location for twickernaham was ok
evereything looked rather tired and we could of probably got same or even more for the same money on reflection.Breakfast reviews were good but i found the breakfast poor for the money.
Great location for the airport and getting from the centre of London - 2 mins walk from Hounslow West Station. Very good value for money and nice breakfast. The place could do with some decorating here or there but the rooms had some great touches - shower and bed good.
Friendly and helpful staff. Allowed us to leave our car in the car park after check out so we could go sight seeing. Lovely breakfast.
The room had a strong smell of cigarettes. We had to leave the window open all night. Not very good for our 4 year old. After reaching home & unpacking our bags our pyjamas smelled of cigarettes :(
