Once home to the lake-keeper who was employed by the monks at Dunkeswell Abbey, parts of the hotel date back to 1201, and some people claim to have seen spirits here.

For business events and special occasions, Lake View Manor provides picturesque surroundings, a marquee for up to 150 people and 2 meeting rooms - one for 20 people and the other for 80 people.

Food & beverage

The restaurant is open to both residents and non-residents for lunch and dinner. The menu is regularly updated with the chef’s specials.

Lunch is served from 12:00 – 14:00 Monday to Friday and from 12:00 – 14:30 on Sunday.

Dinner is served from 18:30 – 21:00 Monday to Saturday. Reservations only.
