Very close to the centre of Keswick & getting out onto the fells. Owner was very accommodating with our request for an early breakfast but later check out.

Room was small but still had en-suite.

It was ok, but overpriced for what it was compared with some of the other guesthouses. Location was good though

The owner was really friendly and the location is brilliant, about a 5 min walk into town and 10 to the lovely lake and its a lovely house.

The only thing is that the walls are pretty thin.

The room was so bright, clean and warm. Exactly what we needed after a long, damp day on the lake! The bed was so amazingly comfortable we had a wonderful night's rest!

    There wasn't parking

Convenient location... no breakfast due to reburbishment but would recommend the YHA breakfast around the corner.

Refurbishing the kitchen so quite disorganised - needed to checkout earlyish (8:00am) but had difficulty finding receipt book. The lights on the balcony were a distraction and could be seen through the blinds during the night!

The Guest House did not have card facilities for paying and to make matters worse they could not even give me a receipt for the stay ( I had to put up with a scribbled bit of paper). This has caused many problems trying to claim money back from my company for this trip. You need to make this sort of thing clear when booking !!!!!!!!!!!
