Close to airport as my flight arrived late. Short distance to Junction One shopping centre. I found the rate was high compared to similar hotels in Paris. I am thinking in Particular of the Ibis hotels at Charles de Gaulle airport, of similar standing, and which cost on average 40 euros per night. I stayed at the Radisson SAS in Belfast on the following 2 nights of my trip and paid the same rate as Park Plaza which I believe is part of the same hotel group. |

So very close to international airport made it convenient and simple for our 7:30 am flight; room very clean and comfortable, well set out; bar food excellent; staff couldn't have been better Only negative was that we had to leave so early (5:30 am) for flight check-in and breakfast wasn't served |

Even though my light bulb in the toilet room was broken when I checked in at 1:30am, one of the hotel staff changed it for me. |

Very efficient room service, also hotel very quiet, pleasantly surprised due to proximity to airport. Felt room was outdated decor wise and disappointing for an executive room. Room was also cold all night despite turning thermostat up full. |

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and if I could afford it I would also stay there during my visits to N.I.Thank you in particular to the night porter and the chef for providing me with delicious food and the restaurant staff for their courtesy. I would have loved the room to be more warm, not very convenient having to ring down to receiption requesting the heating to be boosted for the room. Perhaps a warmer duvet instead of a single blanket on the bed. |

The free secure parking is fantastic, hotel is located about 20 seconds walk from the airport terminal, the staff were very friendly and helped answer a few request's,the price @ £55 was a complete bargain. The rooms are a little bit dated and the bedding wasn't exactly pleasing on the eye,the breakfast seem's very overpriced at £12 per head,in fact it was almost half the cost in the airport terminal!!... |
