Limited breakfast and dinner choices.

Food was beautiful. Bed was amazingly comfy.

The staff made silly mistakes throughout our stay. The asked us whether we would like a paper hen forgot to deliver it. Service for our £100 meal was slow and mistakes were made with our order. We had to set our own table for breakfast and prompt them for coffee. Overall so many little mistakes which just added together to be disappointingly annoying.

Polite, informative, helpful and well presented staff throughout, friendly bar staff, relaxed atmosphere, spacious king room, comfy bed, pleasant views, the offering of a welcome drink in reception area even though we didn't accept.

Having to wait almost an additional hour after suggested check in time before our room was ready and then a further 15-20 mins after it was allocated whilst the bed was remade, no prior warning of having to allow an extra £100 in addition to the cost of the room on credit card as a holding deposit to cover potential expenses charged to room, breakfast was NOT included on my booking at the hotel despite booking.com web page showing that it was!! This would then have cost us almost an additional £34 per day if we'd had it, which was too much of an additional unexpected cost so we had to go without breakfast, there was a spot of mould on the ceiling of the shower and two dirty towels left from previous occupants, spa was fully booked on arrival, excercise classes at the weekend were very limited, swimming pool was difficult to find correct access to. There are no shops within walking distance to the resort so you are reliant on ammenities & services provided by the resort

Breakfast very poor had to wait for buffet to be restocked but even worse food brought out fresh was COLD from kitchen

Area was lovely, views were great, room comfy, bathroom great, nice to have shower and bath, staff were friendly and helpful.

A glass full of cigarette butts on balcony plus 18 scattered around, sadly only one restaurant open which wasn't mentioned on website,

The rooms were clean, warm and very comfortable. It was extremely nice having a village room, less worry about noisy neighbours.

Not being told to book a table for Saturday evening! Not having access to a menu in the room.

Facilities were good, pool and spa etc.

The staff were not very helpful, they did not run over the facilities as we checked in which is normal practice for a hotel of this cost / standard. They attempted to charge twice for breakfast, once for for a day we arrived, even though we checked in after 3pm. There was no "guide book" of the hotel facilities in the room. This would have been helpful, as the pool is located in a strange place and was difficult to find. We ended up asking at the spa and received some very vague instructions. We were not told that in fact it was on a lower level just told it was "sort of" round the corner and "very" far away.

4 Electrian working in swimming pool for the 2 days, very uncomfortable as we were sitting there is swim suits !!!!!!

Lovely room. Good facilities and amenities. Decent priced rooms.Pleasant staff.

No free wi-fi on demand. Buffet food somewhat basic and limited choice. Bar expensive (Pint Guinness and small white wine £10+ is expensive. I pay less in London bars). Nowhere to enjoy a stroll.

Amazing hotel, with excellent facilities. Loved it!

Food far to expensive! £5.95 for 2 packets of crisps and a bottle of diet coke. Also when I arrived as I was asked to pay the full amount on my card along with £50 extra as a damage deposit for each night! It did not state this on their website and I still not have received that money back yet.

As traveled with a young child we appreciated the hotel's services for families with children.

We loved the suite,it met all our needs,reception staff are great,Evita is excellent .

Whirl pool useless also needed a good clean

meals were very expensive for what u got, and the main restaurant waitress were all over the place they need a lot of work in that area, people on the table next to us got asked at about 5 time if there meal was on from 5 different people and we got asked once lol

Nice rooms although a little small, the village rooms are very nice with views over fields and quiet, good parking near rooms also. Nice large bathroom with underfloor heating was bonus, good area for clothes hanging and equipped with iron, fridge and decent hairdryer. Staff very friendly and courteous.

Booked king size room on line but only got double which was slightly smaller. Room had few cobwebs in so didnt feel completely clean. had to remind reception to make up room on 2nd day. Room had patio area outside but no chairs? Also cigarette buts on patio area not been cleaned up.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Decent rooms. Excellent water pressure in bath. Buffet food was good. Spa therapists were excellent.

Was very cold in the bathroom. Offered heater but it never came. Cold in hotel generally apart from bedroom. Pool wasn't clean. Room wasn't cleaned that well. Pricey all round.

Cost to use Wi Fi which is now standard in most hotels I travel to was in my opinion excessive £14.95 plus breakfast cost at £16.95 I thought was also expensive albeit a high standard hotel
