Perfect location for the event we attended. Unfortunately, a group renting the flat below us were having a party until three in the morning!! Decor minimum and basic.

Spacious room with clean n comfortable beds. Fully furnished kitchen with everything available to cook. Silent residential area but this cant stop you to make fun inside. Warm reception and excellent response to client queries. Good location to stay at Cardiff city.

The location was very close and walkable to the city. The caretaker was very friendly and helpful. The little garden out back was great for the kids. It had nice amenities with kitchen and living room. The back yard was a little junked up and looked like it could use a "spring cleaning."

After budget hotels, it was nice to have the space of two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Free street parking outside the front door was also very handy.

Very large spacious flat that was spotlessley clean. Good position for walking into city centre shops & the Millenium Stadium. A group of 6 ladies stayed overnight for a Take That concert at the stadium & it was so easy & convenient. The street it is in is a little tatty looking, but the flat itself was lovely. Don't be put off by the external appearance!

It was nice for the 6 of us that used the flat to stay as one unit, instead of living 2-in-a-room in hotels. The spacious sitting area afforded us the opportunity to sit together and have fun without worrying about other 'hotel' staff. The self catering aspect meant we could eat as we liked without looking at cost

The location of the flat - close to the cricket ground and walking distance into the city centre Nothing comes to mind - thought the accommodation was good. However, I wasn't entirely satisfied that I booked two flats and they were quite a distance (about three streets) away from each other.

The accomadation was spotless and very spacious. It is ideally situated for a visit to the city centre as it is only a short taxi ride from the train and bus stations, although could walk it in about 20 mins.I Would strongly recommend it, we even had milk, tea and coffee waiting for us on our arrival.

It was spacious and a good location. The staff was very friendly. No elevator. We had to bring our luggages to the top floor with two toddlers. The apt. Was too cold for us even with the heater on. The windows don't close properly. The door knobs were missing and was hard to open and close the doors. Very old building.

Flat 5 was clean and well positioned to Cardiff City. Close to a beautiful park.It has great storage space for clothes. We were met on arrival and shown where to park and how to access the property. Communication form Flat 5 exceeded our expectations. Thank you for a great stay. It is a top floor apartment so quite a few stairs to climb.

It is a comfortable apartment for family stay! Some machines in the kitchen are not working. eg: Dish wash machine, the lamp of exhaust fan (kitchen) is not working. There is only 1 toilet in 1 apartment (8 person), so it is getting trouble when number people need toilet.

Very friendly welcome No address given on bookings.com website meant it was hard to find - especially as the establishment actually has a different name. Wanted fuller kitchen facilities (conventional oven) Harsh lighting and uncomfortable seating in main living area
