Very clean Spacious Wifi Nice location

We were on a leisure trip. I person who received us was very nice and friendly. Bed rooms, bath room, kitchen were clean and tidy. Location of the property is great too. Not much far from the city. A pub near the propertry has made the place cool. The price of the property is a bit expensive. Overall good experience. Would recommend others too.

Great Location, 10 minute walk into the City Centre

Close to town only 5 pounds in a taxi, the apartment was big enough for the 6 of us , clean had everything we needed. Arun the man who met us with the keys was fantastic.. Considering we locked our selfs out within 2 mins of getting our keys he was very patient and understanding. As a group we were all very happy and will definitely be staying again.

Tatty apartment could be lovely with a update and clean. Handles fell off doors bathroom dirty and shower curtain really grubby. Paint in lounge peeling off near window and curtains grubby. Would not book again

All in all everything was great.

The flat was very comfortable and perfect spot to visit Cardiff. It's so close to the city centre and yet was a quiet residential neighbourhood. As a family of four, having the 2 bedrooms was really good. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well-stocked, the bathroom modern and the living areas welcoming. The girls particularly appreciated the free wi-fi. We felt at-home and were sad to leave after 2 nights.

Great facilities, kitchen very well equiped and the bedrooms comfortable. WiFi a great bonus. Location really nice with a few shops just over the road including a really good coffee house.

Parking can be a bit of a lottery

We liked the living room which was very comfortable and warm! It was great for a sociable evening. The bedrooms were all clean and comfortable.

The kitchen was a bit cold.

We were given a three bedroom apartmrent with a lot of space, for four adults and one young child.

The apartment is not easy to locate - there was no signage.

It was a great place to stay with friends, also pub next door. neighbours who live in the flats were also really friendly

It was cheap. And sort of clean.

There is virtually nothing good to say about this flat other than the vaguely competitive pricing policy. We were told it sleeps six but the promised double futon turned out to be little more than a matt on the floor. Two of our party were instead forced to sleep on the leather sofas which, as they are about four foot long, did not lead to the most comfortable nights’ sleep. In fact, between six of us staying two nights we probably had 10 hours sleep between us as the other beds we so soft they seemed inflatable. The flat is very basic and doesn’t so much have a garden as a hazardous zone of undiscovered species. Finally, the flat is not in the most picturesque part of Cardiff and so whilst it is only a 25min walk into town, I would not recommend it without a heavily armed guard.

The owner was very helpful & friendly. The apartment was large and comfortable with modern bedrooms and kitchen (including tea and coffee supplied) and more traditionally decorated bathroom and lounge. Twenty minute walk to Cardiff centre and shops but taxi back was only £5.00. Would definitely stay there again with family and/or friends.

We noticed on our last morning that the windows were not double glazed so the traffic outside was noisy when we were trying to hear the TV. This didn't really bother us as we were out and about most of the time and would not deter us from staying there again.

The Landlord Arun was very friendly, the accommodation was clean, tidy and had a lot of character and had many extras such as ample kitchen equipment and books.

make clear what type of people are staying in their flat below which they own as this trip was a uni reunion where we went clubbing and came back late at night. The landlord expressed that there was a young family beneath us which meant we had to be very careful and made us very conscious not to wake them up... :/

Great value, friendly owner. 5 of us stayed in Appartment c and it seemed really spacious and had all the facilties we needed. Really nice kitchen and bathroom. The sofa bed I was told was comfortable. The front room area was dated in decor and style, but that wan't something that bothered us in the slighest, nice spacious area to chill with a few drinks before we went out. There were a few pubs right by the appartment and it is a twenty (max) minute walk into Cardiff city centre (around 5-6 quid taxi).

Perfect location for the event we attended.

Unfortunately, a group renting the flat below us were having a party until three in the morning!! Decor minimum and basic.

Spacious room with clean n comfortable beds. Fully furnished kitchen with everything available to cook. Silent residential area but this cant stop you to make fun inside. Warm reception and excellent response to client queries. Good location to stay at Cardiff city.

The location was very close and walkable to the city. The caretaker was very friendly and helpful. The little garden out back was great for the kids. It had nice amenities with kitchen and living room.

The back yard was a little junked up and looked like it could use a "spring cleaning."
