My impression for the Flemings is they deserve 4stars. Staff were nice and polite, they upgraded for me from single to executive single rm that was a kind offer. The room was a bid tight but I was happy to have double bed and a lovely bath rm. I got quite impression that they got very good interior taste which was so arty. Also, location was excellent,just few blocks from Green Park tube sta.,so close to walk to all the major shopping streets. One small thing I didn't understand why I was locked out before I made check-out... Would like to try their bars&restaurant next time! It'd be nicer if they clearly show mini bar price. |

The location is very good, but to be honest, there's nothing which really points out as especially impressive. extremely hot room where temperature was hard to regulate and with an air condition which sounded like a Spitfire-engine from WW II. Although a double bed, there should be two sets of blankets, and not the silly one-for-all. Rooms on the ground floor are always awful with no privacy |

Location perfect! Fast check in and out. Very nice service from all staff and simply a very nice hotel for a very good price through this website. I paid for the internet service but could not connect. The system was not working and the hotel wanted me to contact the company which provided that services for them. After half hour wasted I gave up and wasted that money! Single room on ground floor was very small, window to the sidewalk and of course does not open. On my second night I returned to a room with an extremely strong smell, I thought from cleaning product, they said from construction work. Either way I was changed to a much better room upstairs. |

Hotel is not bad, but the old internal architecture leaves the mark on design of numbers. A door in a hall directly at a head of a bed it is not so good. |

The location suited my business trip well and I found the staff to be very helpful and courteous. A well trained team. The hotel was very clean and presented very well. I will use Flemings again. As someone who travels a lot for international business I object strongly tp paying for internet access and think the rates were excessive. It really bugs me and is a service that is considered a given these days. I view it as an attempts to offset the reasonable room rates. In the past I have avoided going back to a good hotel for this reason. It irks me to pay for it particularly so much! |

Our room was pleasant but small. It was quiet as I had requested. The bed and bedding were especially comfortable and the facilities were very clean. Housekeeping didn´t do up our room. It may have been an oversight but as soon as we complained, the chamber maid appeared. |

Proximity to places/people I was visiting. Price for accomodation was reasonable compared to other hotels in vicinity.I Did learn from friends that I met that they had been offered a rate which was £20 per night cheaper than mine. There was nothing I disliked - all the staff where very pleasant. |

excellent location, classic decor and a beautiful library-elevator. The bar downstairs is tiny but perfect for private meetings. Good value for money overall room was rather tiny with a view of a backyard but I didn't care too much. Others may do though.. |

Perfect location next to Green Park and really close to the city center, if you are going to spend several busy sightseeing/business or just with your loved once days in London - this place would be best choice! Very quite area, lovely interior, didn't try restaurant, but Room Servise' Fleming steak (fo my late dinner) was good! Like everywhere in London early check-out (till 11am) is a bit annoying,10:30am got Housekeeping lady at my door already, but on the other side left my bags at the Hotel till the evening with no problem. |
