“A little gem in Mayfair. Lovely little boutique hotel with very attentive staff and beuatiful rooms. Would definately recommend staying here as a great location for shopping, business and site seeing.”

Location is excellent. Staff is very attentive, friendly and helpfull. The breakfast is rather poor, more appropriate for a 3-star hotel than for a small luxury hotel. Nothing to compare with other 4-star hotels in Mayfair.

The only negative thing I can say is that we were in room 400 which is adjacent to the lifts, so at approx 7am onwards there was constant noise due to this. So i would definatley reccomend this hotel but just ask for any room but 400.

The service was impeccable! Everyone was genuinely interested in my satisfaction and all were very helpful in making suggestions as to where to eat and what I should see. I would stay here again in a minute!

Our check-in and welcome from Pedro on the door and Holly at the desk was excellent - one of the best 'first impressions' I have ever experienced while travelling. A little over priced for the size of room.

Attractive hotel, good location. "The chocolate butler" made daily deliveries to our room, leaving truffles, cupcakes and macaroons. It was not a great choice for a family hotel. They couldn't put our two rooms close together, no breakfast included with expensive daily rate (we stayed a week!) and there was no free WiFi. This last is a real inconvenience when you are trying to set up sightseeing - check for opening times, book tickets, etc. We spent a lot of time at the local cafe. Our room was very small - kids room was bigger so it must be possible to request a larger room on booking.

Extremely well located, especially if you are coming to London via the Heathrow airport and use the Tube (subway trains). A nice hotel overall.

Overall a very pleaseant experience, with very friendly helpful staff I thought breakfast was expensive and did not particularly like the style and layout of the bar area - ambience did not feel welcoming - also nearly £6 for a bottle of beer (before gratuity) was a little steep

The front desk staff could not have been more helpful; they assisted me in untangling a return flight situation and did so with good cheer and great efficiency. I frankly worried about how to evacuate in the event of a fire or emergency: the place is hard to navigate, and there are not enough explicit signs in the back corridors to let you know where you are, or where the Lift and Stairs are........

Location. The room I got did not even have a chair by the very small desk, so I had to pull out the desk and sit on the bed. For a business traveler this is essential. After requesting a chair, I got a very uncomfortable stool. Later a chair, but this was so high, the I could not sit. I tansferred to another room to be able to work, but this cost more than I would normally have agreed to pay. Also, hotels with expensive internet access are a direct turn-off.

The location is exactly what we wanted . The staff were attentive and friendly. Our room wasn't great. The aircon was noisy and ineffective. No room in the restaurant for an evening meal other than before 6 or after 9pm.

The staff were friendly respectful and attentive without being too pushy. Our room was comfortable clean spacious and in good order, with some nice touches like bathrobes for example. There's an Art Deco theme to the décor. The room was too hot even for February and with the large, and only, radiator turned off was still uncomfortably warm. At night we had to open the window to be able to sleep; fortunately we were at the quiet side so noise from outside was acceptable.
