Location is excellent. Staff is very attentive, friendly and helpfull. The breakfast is rather poor, more appropriate for a 3-star hotel than for a small luxury hotel. Nothing to compare with other 4-star hotels in Mayfair.

I hoped that the hotel had improved the room sizes but ..no It's overpriced and tiny rooms are ok for one but don't book a double room and think it's big enough for two people. Even the management have not visited the rooms. Spend a few pound more around the corner and get far more for your money.

noisy for inner rooms; English breakfast rate at GBP 22 different from GBP 18 rate on website; do not understand why hotels still do not provide wifi for free; connection and payment for wifi takes too long

Friendly reception Shower would be too low for anyone above my height (165cm), only mirror to dry my hair was the wardrobe mirror with a lattice style wooden insert. Room was very small so ok for one night

Great location. Close to attractions such as Hyde Park, Green Park, Buckingham Palace. Very close to Shepherd's market which has great pubs and restaurants. We tried the hotel's restaurant too, and it was very good. Really friendly staff, concierge has nice tips and recommendations. Our room was small but very cute. They kept it pretty clean. Breakfast was expensive at the hotel, so we didn't even try. It might be nice since the restaurant was very good. They don't have free internet, which is odd at this day and age. That's the only thing that was a problem.

Not much. Located near excellent restaurants in Shepherds' Market. Friendly porters, good English breakfast. Uninformed staff making too many errors, room too hot or cold and no information on how to work heat; ancient shower mechanism did not work so no shower; no reliable phone assistance; bed comfortable but impossible to move in room--uncomfortable chair, poor lighting so could not use desk for work. Food too expensive, portions too small except for breakfast. Definitely off my list.

The location was excellent for our needs. The front of house staff - Bellman, Concierge and Receptionist gave an excellent first impression of the hotel with their help and support. The bedroom could have been slightly larger and it was difficult to control the temperature of the room.

Excellent location and very friendly staff. The carpet to the bedroom corridor on one side of the building is a bit shabby and held together with tape in places which does not give a good impression.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was superb with plenty of space, and The Bar & Grill was also fantastic - with great decor and sublime cocktails! Absolutely nothing at all! It was a delightful experience staying there

Relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff, very clean, great location. Shower was very poor in room 300. Took ages for the water to get hot. You could not regulate temperature of water, either then to hot or cold.
