Isot huoneet, erittäin ystävällinen ja kohtelias henkilökunta.

TV:n käyttö erittäin monimutkaista. Käsisuihkun puute. Aamiainen 16 £ ja English breakfast lisäksi 6 £, joka tarjoiltiin pöytiin. Olisin mieluummin toivonut buffet-pohjaista aamiaista, jossa itse voi valita montako viipaletta pekonia haluaa.

Lovely room, lovely hotel. Slept fine, not too noisy. It was warm in the room but thankfully the air-con was in working order!

Bad room service (the person didn't know their own menu), very slow and expensive Internet, small bathrooms, small rooms overall.

The Location was fantastic, room was a good size and very comfortable. All staff that greeted us were helpful and attentive. All in all a good hotel.

The location is perfect, near is green park, room after change was good (at the beginning the room was 12 qm).

Staff was poor, breakfast was small and poor, but overpriced. The room wasn't clean, wi-fi was extremely expensive, the concierge wasn't in the evening in the hotel. The hotel is poor for 5 stars and also overpriced.

The location is a quiet sidestreet In Mayfair. The room was very clean and comfortable.

The hotel is very well kept ' exceptionallyclean and really close for walking into central londonand nothing seemed to be to much trouble

Basically the price of breakfast is over the top at £16 for continental and £22 plus for anything cooked

Good location and very helpful staff

Too expensive for such a small room. Carpets of the room smell very bad, poor air circulation, bad scene from the room.

The facilities were fantastic. I loved the decor all around the lobby and in the rooms. The tea rooms, restaurant and bar were incredibly welcoming and really provided a great dining/relaxation experience. The location was fantastic as it is 2 blocks from the picadilly tube line. The drinks at the bar were also great. Truly a great experience which I expected to pay more for.

Lovely room at the front of the hotel, but lots of traffic noise kept us awake. Full English Breakfast listed with our booking at £ 16.when we went down we were presented with a menu at £22 each, needless to say we didnt stay for it

Very small room with awful views. Very slow service in bar/restaurant. Lift not working much of the time. Maid walked into room and woke us up. No Sunday newspapers.
