Location was great, staff were polite and very helpful.

Location, Price.

Tiny room. No hot water in the morning. Breakfast £18 not included!

I would have preferred a fluffier pillow..Continental breakfast was only 2 pieces of toast and one cup of coffee

The location suited my business trip well and I found the staff to be very helpful and courteous. A well trained team. The hotel was very clean and presented very well. I will use Flemings again.

As someone who travels a lot for international business I object strongly tp paying for internet access and think the rates were excessive. It really bugs me and is a service that is considered a given these days. I view it as an attempts to offset the reasonable room rates. In the past I have avoided going back to a good hotel for this reason. It irks me to pay for it particularly so much!

Proximity to places/people I was visiting. Price for accomodation was reasonable compared to other hotels in vicinity.I Did learn from friends that I met that they had been offered a rate which was £20 per night cheaper than mine.

There was nothing I disliked - all the staff where very pleasant.

Perfect location next to Green Park and really close to the city center, if you are going to spend several busy sightseeing/business or just with your loved once days in London - this place would be best choice! Very quite area, lovely interior, didn't try restaurant, but Room Servise' Fleming steak (fo my late dinner) was good!

Like everywhere in London early check-out (till 11am) is a bit annoying,10:30am got Housekeeping lady at my door already, but on the other side left my bags at the Hotel till the evening with no problem.

Staff were efficient and helpful in the extreme

Central London is noisy, and noise insulation in rooms could be better.

The staff where really professional

The room was rather small, you could not open the wardrobe door and walk round the bed.

i had the deluxe double room, it was spacious, comfortable, and clean. the location of the hotel was good, close to every thing. and green park was just across the street. i really enjoyed my stay at the hotel...

Good country side hotel. Nice staff. Big clean room.

The staff were very friendly and made the experience pleasurable. The room had a pleasant decor and a few nice touches to make you feel at home.

Noise was a problem. The room overlooked the front of hotel & there was street noise until 1am. From 4.30 am there was a variety of noisey trucks - bin waggons, a refrigerated lorry unloading for 45 mins, followed by others. The noise did not stop until 7.30am. The windows in bedroom could not be closed unless a member of staff was called (a poor design fault for a city centre hotel). The noise prevented sleep until it was time to get up!
