Everything was spotless and the location is great. Just a few minutes walk to the train station.
The bed in the main bedroom was very uncomfortable. There were loose slats and the metal bar down the middle was saggy meaning that there was a big dip in the mattress. I actually ended up having to pull the mattress onto the floor as the bed was so uncomfortable.

I came here along with my family & 2kids from Singapore,.I have booked online 2 bed apartment for 6nights but after reaching found that instead 2 bed I was offered 1 bed and told me that 2bed apartment was damaged & flooded with water in bathroom. Poor customer services they will never lift your phone or call you back. They work like middle man between house owner & you & only intrested in commission, so do not expect any thing from them. It was nightmare to stay here. Better go for Hotel you will get some professional services.

The location and facilities, other than the dryer
The staff tried to change the facilities prior to arrival, which is unacceptable. The staff member, who met us at the site was 1 1/2 hours Kate and would not answer her phone or respond to text messages for over an hour. Then said she ran out if petrol. Very disorganized and not helpful showing the facilities and only brought one key for 3 adults! Being late us one thing, but being late and not responding to messages, when U was with my daughter and grandson, who has a terminal heart condition was unthinkable and I will never use Flexilets in Woking for sure again and doubtful if I would use in any other town as well.
The location was brilliant right in the town centre by the station.
The check in was shocking I arrived at 13-00 and couldn't use my room until 16-30 because it hadn't been cleaned. This left me stuck walking round town. I was offered compensation but this never materialised, very bad customer service.

The staff were rude, i had problems even from booking, i a=emailed a member os staff to check we were all in the same location, she told me they were very busy and fully booked but would try, this was two days before travel, i then asked to confirm e were all in the same location as we were travelling from different areas and if we were not together i would need the postcodes for the other guests! Her reply "as per my last email we are fully booked, but we will try" i complained to a Manger who assured me we were in the same location and that the member of staff i had been communicating with would be given some customer service training! When we arrived we were asked where were staying, i told them they need to inform me of that! I was told to ring the main office to get someone to tell me where i was staying only to to be told i have to call someone called Liz on her mobile to find out! I did, we waited outside the reception for over an hour whilst i took calls from Liz who was meant to meet us but was out of the area in Basingstoke, she then asked me to drive to a Tesco Express, we had no idea where we were as we are from out of area, someone called Simone would meet me there with the keys...i waited, Simone arrived and turned out to be Simon! The cleaner! He was most helpful in all fairness to him and even came in the car with us to guide us the 2 mile trip to the car park....back near reception where we originally were waiting for Liz and which we could have walked in less than a minute He took us the to the first room for 4, it was fine, he then took me to the second room for four which turned out to be for two! I asked where the second bedroom was and he told me there are no more two bedroom apartments available?? I had booked this quite a bit before so couldn't understand this as i has specified 2 x 2 bed apartments!
Close to station
Booking website said access to jacuzzi and steam room. None of these things were actually there. The rooms were tiny and the booking staff were rude and accused us of losing the keys.

The gym - large, well spaced out, well equipped. Having a good sized bath and bathroom. Bedrooms and living room were well lit with natural light through the large windows. Comfortable bed.
Rooms were all separate, with doors. It would have been more spacious and lighter everywhere with open plan living/kitchen area. Would have liked more space for my bathroom kit away from the sink. I found the shelf over the sink made shaving difficult and messy (water dropped on the floor). Easy to bump head on shelf.

bed was not comfortable, i got backache. there was no toiletries. you should also have a fan for summers.
I would certainly use these facilities again.

I am pregnant and I was sent to the wrong location It took almost an hour to get hold of the flexi-lets agent, sort out the right location and check-in. For £150 per night price I don't think it was a comfortable stay. I had to walk to the right location in cold weather which caused difficulty. I stay locally on week days to avoid travel and walk as advised by my doctor. But it did not solve the purpose that night I need compensation for the hassle I had to go through on a chilly night weather.
Clean linen, central location.
1) We were not put in the property we booked. They seem re-interpret the booking to be "Woking Centre", which is wrong of them. 2) We were not informed of this change (they sent us an email a few hours before our arrival, which is useless given that we had no access to email at that point) 3) When we arrived, there was total confusion and no one to help us. We had inadequate information and a long struggle to find the right building, and then the right entrance, in the dark and the rain- it was farcical. Terrible first impression.
The advertised spa and hot tub were out of order and appear to have been for some time. Should not really include as a facility if not readily avaliable.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Restaurants and shops were close by.

booked the Centrium but located in the Exchange. Only contact with the agent was via my cellphone- asked for a late checkout and was told to call another number.
Location was convenient to a few restaurants.
