The regsitration procedure (not clearly described, no one there when I arrived - despite my calling 3x, not obvious where to go etc...)

Quiet with good facilities and very close to town centre. Underground car parking was ideal.

Half hour wait to get in unfortunately. A few bulbs were out in the apartment and the toaster was faulty. Better instructions to client needed for key drop off.

Lovely appartment, modern and well appointed. Excellent facilities.

Size, Location, No Forced Services

It was cold in the flat, Hot water was only enough for 1 shower.

lack of kitchen utensils, lack of attention to detail (there was a blown light bulb in every room), poor quality towels and bed linen, dirty shower head in bathroom, poor mattress in twin room, no spare bin bags or toilet rolls.

Very central to Guildford. We went for Christmas as we have family there. Clean, comfortable and light. Ideal for shopping. Would definitely stay again.

It was indeed a warm flat (even in December) but not a problem. We just turned off all heating and opened all the windows. Overall the apartment was terrific and we would definitly return.

They were in an ideal position for what we wanted and they were spotless and very comfortable.The car park was a great help

nothing springs to mind

The option of self catering if wished. Having a lounge and 2 bedrooms. Easy access to the centre of town. Parking if wished (although we came by train and enjoyed the position being within walking distance of the station). Very well cleaned and the cleaners were very friendly on arrival.

There was no light bulb in the hall and thus it was rather dark. The fan in the bathroom was extremely noisy especially when used in the night. The white sofa covers were rather dirty

Central location and facilities

The car rental co was unable to provide a GPS so it was very difficult to find the flat and no-one I asked on the street had any idea where it was. The girl who was waiting to let us in had no idea how to direct us and could not identify a single landmark for us to head for. It took me one hour, driving around in the dark to find (Guilford is a maze of one-way systems). The Company then charged me GBP40 for arrival after 9pm. Considering I had to pay that amount someone should have been able to help me find the place. Several light bulbs were not working and neither was Maintenance because they never came to replace them!

We couldn't contact anyone by the time we arrived! Luckily, there were three young gentlemen were waiting for the staff. I believe you have to leave a avaliable contact to your clients! And we couldn't find any management office as well! How often you do the cleaning , like changing linen and towels? We stayed for 10days, it came only once!

It's clean and the location is convinenice!

The flat is spacious, well equipped and quiet. It is well located for day trips, in our case to historic locations, and trains to London are frequent. There is a good street market at the weekend for food and the kitchen was excellent.

We found no shortcomings.

A modern spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with secure parking in a good central location.

The apartment was very hot and uncomfortable even with the windows open, 2 of the 3 fans provided didn't work at all. We wouldn't recommend staying here during the summer months. Several of the kitchen appliances are in a very poor condition and couldn't be used. The fridge/deep freeze doors don't close properly, which has caused the entire freezer to ice up and the back panel of the fridge was the same. The intercom, to give visitors/deliveries access into the block, was also out of order. Flexi-Lets need to go through this apartment and undertake some routine maintenance and check/replace/repair all the appliances. Its a lovely apartment, in need of some urgent attention to detail.

clean, modern, facilities all good, however the hall ways were way too hot, it was like a sauna just getting to the room. Location very good also.

i called 40 minutes prior to arriving, no answer, called 3/4 times, no answer, left messages saying when would arrive, finally got hold of someone 10 minutes before arriving. Not possible to get someone there, it would be 30 minutes.. Finally turned up 1 hour later. Not happy, no-one bothered to call me to say that the person meeting me would then be half an hour later than originally anticipated.

Very clean, well appointed apartment.

It was very hot in the late 20s and so we had to keep the windows open, even then the apartment was extremely hot. The noise from the street went on until the early morning and then at 6.30am the street cleaner came past the bedroom window so we didn't get much sleep. I would suggest they add air conditioning, then the apartment would be perfect.

Perfect location. The design of the property was modern and fresh. The court yard areas were lovely and well designed. It was a perfect spot for a few days visiting guildford and gave us easy sccess to london.

Although the apartment was recently renovated and fresh. It was missing a few basic comforts. On reporting this to the office certain items were delivered. However when there is a great breakfast bar and no dining table why are there no stools so the breakfast bar can be used? The kitchen is lovely but please provide more than the basic 4 mini sized dinner plates from budget Ikea, this is a luxury apartment, a little money should be spent on supplying a better kitted kitchen with a couple of extra plates, one large saucepan and strainer, a few serving dishes, ...

Amount of room

1. Nine light bulbs were burned out as we discovered after arrived and needed to be replaced 2. No one seemed to know how the clothes washing machine worked and no manual could be found 3. It took over 4 hours for someone to respond to our request for help with the washing machine. 4. There is no on site office to greet us on arrival ... ...

Convenience as we were travelling with daughter in law and baby so would have needed 2 hotel rooms. You shod get added to the accomodation list for the army training centre as this is ideal for visiting families.

The apartment was lovely and the staff were efficient but it was stiflingly hot and there were no opening windows. The air conditioning didnt seem to work. I will book with flexilets again.

Location, car parking in City, Internet. Would stay again despite below comments.

No bedroom mirrors, lack of 4 pieces of each cutlery and crockery makes it difficult to entertain. Non slip surface on bath, lack of grab handle to get out of bath.Cupboard shelves not securely fixed resulting in falling shelf and consequent damage to contents and fortunately not me! A television guide would be useful, what station is what and how to turn on. Windows open but cannot be secured with consequent "slamming" and potential damage.

Central location comes with parking has lots of equipment such as dishwasher and dishwasher tablets. Also has washing machine and washing up powder. Tea and coffee and a carton of milk was provided. Tgere was soap in all bathrooms and fairy liquid. Would say this helps greatly with young family.

The apartment is superficially clean and all appliances and furniture very new. Apartment was like an ikea showroom. Feel that cleaner needs to attend to jobs such as washing down bathroom tiles and around shower. this may not bother people but as I am very fuzzy felt it.annoyed me a bit. Would stay here again though.

Convenient city location and modern apartment. Adequate parking.

There were several problems with the 2 apartments: 1. The double bed base in one flat was broken and had a large dip in the middle: unable to sleep 2 persons or even 1 comfortably 2. The flats were very hot, the heating is underfloor and needed to be altered by the management team. They failed to show up on the Saturday. The temperature read 27 Decrees C 3. Insufficient crockery for guests: sleeps 4 and only 3 plates. 4. Flats superficially clean but plenty of dust on surfaces. 5. Bathroom sinks/showers did not drain well. (30 min to empty sink) All of these faults would be easy to rectify

Rien , tout était parfait

Great place to stay if you're on a business trip: really comfortable and clean. I liked the ipod dock on the wall and the hi-speed wi-fi! Close to High St and to shops as well.
