just thought although the kitchenfacilities were excellent I would have liked to have given it a good clean! Appreciate that it gets used.

The staff was very kind, the hotel is well located (5 min walk from the train station), good breakfast. Good value for money.

Do it yourself breakfast and good WiFi connection.

We appreciated that even a late arrival was accepted. 24/7 access to the breakfast. Large room, even proximity to the street didn't bother. Though, I guess we are not a good reference as we were deadly tired after walking for miles in London

Noisy family of 4-5 that thought they owe the hotel and were screaming everywhere.

Five minutes from train. Easy access to trains and buses. Able to get into London in about 20 minutes. Plenty of food within walking distance. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Walls are paper thin so if you have a noisy neighbor..... Small bathroom, bed was bit dirty upon arrival.

Location to train station was great but it still took almost an hour to get to Piccadilly Circus. Nearby restaurants were excellent

The attend is very friendly. I felt as I stayed in a friend's house. It is close to train station.

It is simple, but it correspond the money that you spent.

It is a very good location, easy access to public transport to central London. Excellent quality for a budget place.

Good Location for train station. Very near to where my son lives. Staff very welcoming and showed us around. Good breakfast at no restricted times and you could choose what you wanted, cook it yourself at a time to suit yourself. Parking was fine too

Breakfast was good, some beans, tomatoes and mushroons would have made it nicer.

Location isn't great, you have to the a train to the center which takes 45-60 mins depends on the hour

Really nice staff and great facilities. I lived there twice during my two-week trip and the first time I lived in a flat with a big kitchen and two bedrooms :))) The second time is a family room. Both are really comfortable and clean. I'm happy that these's fridge in the room and I can keep my food bought from supermarket :) The location is good but not that perfect. It's 5-minutes walk from the hotel to Norbury station, but it'll take around 22 minutes to Victoria by train. Anyway, it doesn't make much trouble to me.

Although there's an Iceland around, it is not that big. So it is a bit hard to buy something I need, like soya milk.

Location & transport very close. Off the main road so quiet. Good supply of complimentary drinks.

The bed. Not very comfortable due to springs near the surface.

The staff (or the one man that runs the place) was very nice and keen to help, even when we arrived at 4:30am having gotten lost on transport.

The owner knocked on our door at 10:40am telling us to hurry even though check-out was at 11am. There appeared to be no hot water in the shower which makes it hard to get out on time...

Hotel was simple and I liked the breakfast varieties. Environment was also quiet.

I booked an ofer for two separate beds with share toilet/bathroom reduced to £72.50 two days, for I and my friend but end up been given a Double Bed. Since as I couldn't share the bed with my friend I had to let him stay alone in the hotel while I another place to sleep for the two days. I am not happy of that. And am quite sure because we checked- in late our separate beds must have been given to some other guest. The hotel reception was argueing with me that I didn't do the booking well. While I aws doing the booking the picture of the room was displayed with the price that what attracted me. I read every thing and had to compare price with other hotels. So I wasn't really happy at all.

The location is good - nice balance of suburban (huge, pleasant garden) with 5 mins to tube. Very handy having so many budget eateries on Nor bury High Street.

Cheap IKEA furnishings in a large Victorian house with little aesthetic taste.

The only positive thing was the really kind, willing and keen indian guy working for the hotel.

One of the worst experience talking about cleanliness. The sheets were not washed, but used from the previous guest: I found hair and bloodstains on the sheets. And when I asked to change the sheets, I saw the mattress cover: it was disgusting because too dirty, stains of all types. At this hotel, the concept of hygiene was completely unknown: the cleaning ladies of the morning made me find my pajamas placed on the wheels of my suitcase! The breakfast, that is indcated as "included in the price", in the reality is just uncooked bacon, uncooked eggs, milk and juice in a refrigerator, slices of bread and cereals, which the guest need to prepare and cook by himself. Poor breakfast and without service. I was forced to have breakfast outside.

Friendly staff, clean room, next to train station, free wifi. Bed comfort was average. I liked "make your self" breakfast idea.

Don't forget ear plugs. It's very noisy as hotel is next to train line.

Lovely manager and beautiful rooms. Fully stocked fridge in the kitchen was free of us, full of bacon, eggs, juice, etc. 24 hour kitchen. Sky and lovely chairs in the living room.

the shower in the shared bathroom changed temperature, so when it went cold I turned off the cold tap and got quickly burnt when it heated back up again - but only a minor issue.

Breakfast is good and have cook facilities. Boss is very nice.

Loved proximity to london and the station. Room was spacious because was last one left and was for family purposes. Staff customer service excellent. Room clean and well laid out hospitality tray. Very cost effective for budget traveller.

Damp smell from bathroom causedby leaking loo, however, reported to staff who organised for maintenance man to attend to. Rubbish bags piled up outside waiting for twice monthly collection didnt reflect well on premises.

the man was very very friendly, really good value for money and really good facilities, didnt take long to get to the center of london either

It was cheap, with as much bacon as you could eat!! Our bathroom was the most unusual layout that we have ever encountered!!
