Friendly owners who couldn't do enough for you, especially at breakfast time.
Quilt on the bed was a little thin for December.
This was a very clean, friendly, warm place to stay. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice, and my wife's gluten and dairy allergies were no problem, and well catered for.For our purposes, its very close to where we need to be, so in future, we will be definitely be returning. Thank you so much for a lovely stay!
Our trip wasn't long enough!
The room was cosy, clean, comfortable and quiet....basically everything that anyone could possibly need in a hotel, The bathroom was lovely and bright and very clean. Breakfast was ample, very tasty and served with a smile from the host, which set us up for the day ahead. This hotel is a shining light for the town.
Everything was perfect.
Nothing very rude staff accuse me of wetting the bed when that sent photo u can clearly see that had put Walter on it and that took 80 pounds out of my account if that do this to a few people its a good way of making money never go there that could do the same to u
Lovely clean room, good location a short walk from the seafront. Wonderful breakfast, very helpful owners. I would definitely stay again.
Room was small, but as we only stayed one night this didn't effect us.
Had 4 poster bed and everything you could possibly need. Even provided a fan for us mature ladies to help with our tropical moments
We stayed in the 4 poster bedroom on the top floor! It was a lovely cosy room, very clean and we felt very comfortable! The breakfast in the morning was also very nice! Friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere! We really enjoyed our stay here!
Room was a little cold! There was a radiator but we didn't know how to turn it on!
wifi very good, bed comfy, nice breakfast room the tables allocated by room number which we like, host was most helpfull as we travelled a long way ask for extra towells no problem, choc on bed towel as a swan nice touches, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
shower a little tempermental, nothing major, parking again nothing major, parked behind b&b in car park £5.50 for full 24hrs
A lovely, welcoming guest house x
The owners of Florence house were very welcoming and the breakfast was stunning. Parking is directly behind the guest house and cheap. Access to the town and beach was excellent.
The bed was a little uncomfy but that wasn't really a major problem. Room was a little small but saying that it was adequate for what we needed.
friendly staff, good quality breakfast, an fan in your room, it could be very warm .everything was as expected from a 4*.
Good location, great breakfast and tidy room
walls a bit thin, on our first night the people in the room next door were quite noisy.
Sharon had decorated the room for us with banners, towels made into swans, chocolates, wine and even a first anniversary birthday card. The breakfast was delicious and filling. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and with a marble floor in the en-suite, luxurious too. The Wi-Fi worked well throughout our stay. We will definitely be returning when our little one's born as Sharon said she has a comfortable family room for us. Overall a real treat for our anniversary.
Staff, location, breakfast.
Room was very hot
Very clean, nice Breakfast and nice staff.
We enjoyed the FGH.
We enjoyed it.
Everything! The staff is what made this holiday great, they were welcoming to us and nothing was too much!
The parking was a bit awkward but nothing against the staff, who offered advice throughout our trip.
Owners were very friendly and happy to assist with anything needed. Rooms were very comfortable and clean and offered tea making facilities and even complimentary biscuits
Helpful hosts and pretty room.
Sharon and Peter were very friendly. Easy to book on line.

Lovely breakfast, Sharon very friendly and helpful. Very clean and comfortable.
The walls between bedrooms were very thin and you could hear TV and talking from next door which was not great at 2am. One night we had to knock on neighbours door to ask them to quieten down at 2am.
