Very friendly and helpfull staff. Clean rooms. Not super central but at least good bus comunication right outside. And it runs 24hours all the way in to and out from oxford circus (but faster to change to the tube in Stratford when that is running). Good shopping in Wesfield, the largest shopping mall in London 10min away by bus. The area is not the nicest and safest in London perhaps, but you will probably not spend too much time walking around there.

A clean comfortable motel-type room, fairly basic though with nothing missing, and an adequate breakfast. A perfectly acceptable hotel for the price and for a short stay, given reasons to be in this part of London. Adequate secure free parking was very welcome though I gather this gets much busier during the week. Limited English made some of the staff quite difficult to communicate with though for my simple requirements and since everything worked, this was not really an issue.

Excellent for parking but it is around the back of the hotel and on camera. The rooms were clean with a good shower and cooked breakfast in the morning. Not in the bestest area, but was perfect for my buiness trip, would use again for business but not for a leisure stay.

Exemplary cleanliness, the cleaning team should be given an immediate bonus! Reception staff very helpful. Not clear that some rooms did not have toilet/shower.

The free parking, free wifi and the breakfast. Location, very unhealthy with a yellow fever clinic around the corner because the desease lives there as well as tbc ... Plus instructions to walk to the "10 minutesé away subway completely wrong, it was like 45 minutes.

The hotel put us up in quiet apartment-style accommodation in a separate building just behind the main hotel. It was well decorated and more than ample. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is a good 15 minute walk from Stratford station. If you have bags with you its better to get a bus out Romford Road.

The family room was very big, bigger than I expected. Four separate beds for a father with two kids, great! Although I expected a moldy, dirty hotelroom because of other reviews, our room was clean and good; bathroom was nice tiled, and the bedroom floor was excellent pollished. We got fresh towels every day, although we didn't need/want to. Room had a flatscreen tv. The breakfastroom is not big; about five tables, but compared with price/location in London, it's cozy and ok. Very good beds, but not for people longer than 2 meter. Every day new bags of coffee, tea and some cookies. Busstop almost in front of the hotel. Supermarket around the corner. Metro 15-20 minutes walk, or every 10 min a bus. Parking space for about 15-17 cars, so make sure you are on time (1500u), otherwise you have to find a place at the street (also free parking). If you want to spent all-day in Londoncenter (30 min with metro), and not searching for a luxury hotel to spent your free time in, this one is a good deal. Shower problems for two days, cold water. They told it was the boiler which they had constant problems with, but the thirt day it seemed to be the thermostat and it was fixed. Because of this we got a discount from 7%; a bit poor. We didn't expect a unlimited breakfast, but not having replaced the half-used marmelade, put back the spoiled sugar in the bowl and polish a used fork from previous users with a napkin is not ok! Our room was in an other building, We'd to cross the street; no problem, but also not ideal. When we went to breakfast they already where cleaning the room. No problem, but I didn't like the fact that there was nobody around as we could see, but all doors from all rooms where open. Any other client from this building passing-by could have steel my computer and other stuff. The ventilationsystem from the bathroom was very noisy and hardly worked; therefore the room was a bit warm.

Safe car park. Safe stay. Good breakfast. Not sure if bed linen was changed. We had not checked out but the attendants went ahead to make the bed for next use and we didn't see them changing the sheets we had used.

Friendly, helpful staff. Good full English breakfasts with very fast and efficient service, except for the last morning (see below). Directly opposite bus stop with 24 hour service. Room cleanded & towels changed every day. Shower head needed attention. Staff were rather overwhelmed on the Monday morning at breakfast with everyone coming in at once. No text or programme guide on TV, although good selection of channels.

The hotel was gorgeous.I Asked for a quiet room when I booked and what I got was a huge room around the corner from the hotel in a massive converted house. It was a twin en suite with a modern spacious bathroom. The room itself was a lovely size and very airey with a large flat screen tv..it was also very quiet.I Would defo stay here again and the breakfast was freshly cooked.Do not believe any bad reviews about this hotel,I stay in London hotels at least three times a month and have done for the past 11 years and this is one of the nicest I have stayed in.If you want somewhere quiet then state it in the booking they are very helpful.

Convenient, safe parking, good breakfast Very noisy rooms. You could hear everything going on in the next room, including a very loud tv. Very poor en-suite. Window in door could not be blacked out and so very bright first thing.

The receiption and communication of staff was poor i might say a bit rude. we were surprised to find out that if we needed self contained toilets we had to pay additional 10 pounts each room. the towels were old and not good, The WI-FI was not working , i doubt if it was working at all. The beds /sheets/pillows were old and of very poor conditions.
