Positon by the main road, small car park,creeaky doors,poor cleaning, some little beetle! in bathroom, noisy water pump in the bathroom,non fixed moving bed, they declared continental breakfest but that was very small box of cereals!!! very poor value for money

It was handy for the airport and okay for a one night stay.It was clean.

Room was small and basic for the money spent. We would not stay again out of choice.

We liked that the hotel was so close to the airport and that we got a free lift to the airport. It was also handy being near a pub.

When we first arrived at the hotel we had to wait 20 minutes with our suitcases after a long journey as there was no staff anywhere to be seen... When we finally got in our room, there were sick and skids left in the toilet when we arrived. There were crumbs and hairs on the blankets, and woodlice on the carpet. The shower wasn't very clean either and there were hairs on the sink. The pillows were very uncomfortable to lie on as there were feathers coming out, hurting my head. We thought the hygeine was very poor and due to this, do not think the room was worth £65!

The walls in the rooms were far to thin. The corridors leading to the rooms were dirty and need hoovering it was more like being in a hostel with so much nosie. Choice of breakfast is very poor no dietary needs catered for. All round no very professional at all

Unable to unlock door very very traumatic managed after it felt like ages bus was waiting it could have been serious if there had been anemergency

I was in room 5 and was awakened at 4 a.m. by a dragging sound next door or some water/plumbing issue I couldn't quite determine; it kept me awake for the duration. I DON'T WANT ROOM 5 AGAIN

The reception staff was very helpful. Breakfast was in the room.

Very very very noisy. The people below us and next to us got in just before midnight. Could hear reception staff take them in and talk through everything and slam all the doors on way out not very good after a long journey and early start the next day. Only got a few hours sleep. Was also wakened at 6:30am.

It was a short drive from the airport so conveniant as we were on a late flight. The bedding was comfortable and clean

The cleanliness of the bathroom was poor Hair in sink trap and dirt around taps, wood lice( beatle) in bathroom

Everything was neat and tidy. Despite being near an airport free transport could b arranged to and from a nearby restaurant, and of course, to and from airport. The staff was very friendly.

Friendly staff and good quality accommodation. Cant beat the location for the airport as its about 30 secs away.

Excellent for over night stay whilst waiting for early flight from Bristol airport. Very clean and comfortable for money. Picked up from airport but probably could walk it is so close. Plenty of tea, coffee etc. Good shower and nice and warm. Excellent value.

Calling it "luxurious triple room" is a bit of exaggeration and may be misleading.

Decided at the last minute to stay at the Forge before early morning flight. Staff very friendly and efficient, accommodation small but very comfortable, as well as tea and coffee also included cereals in room for breakfast and mini fridge with milk! Taken by mini bus to their own pub free of charge and collected, all staff extremely cheerful and helpful. Would definitely recommend it. Could not be nearer to Bristol airport.

The power to the shower was not working which meant going outside to access another shower.

On arrival we were told by the member of staff he couldn't help us without payment first. It made us feel wary and a little un trusting of the place. The rest of the staff were helpful however. Also I had to pay extra for parking for 5 days which made it not so good value for money.
