History attached to the house. Attractive location. Spotlessly clean. Delicious breakfast. Good Wi Fi.
The TV stand by light was far too bright so very little sleep the first night. Found the bed a bit hard and very creaky!
The people who run the guest house are extremely accommodating. They went out of their way to take us to a Blists Hill and also drive us down to see the Ironbridge at night. The food was exceptional, in fact it was the best meal we had on our entire holiday. They cater for your individual needs. Thank you for making our stay memorable.
Nothing, it was a great lace.
Beautiful well maintained period house. The hosts were very attentative and the room was beautifully decorated and well furnished with period furnishings. We arranged to have an evening meal. Plenty of choice and the meal was excellent. Best of all the homemade Turkish Delight meringues- to die for!!! Excellent value and well located for the tourist trail. Definitely worth a second visit.
Very welcoming, Danny settled us in and ran through the housekeeping. Dawn's all-in cooked breakfast was excellent. The location was ideal for Iron Bridge with several restaurants close by. The shower was one of the best I've come across in accommodation
A lovely warm welcome.Extremely comfortable. The breakfasts were splendid and Dawn's evening meals were mouth watering[we ate in twice]
Superb B&B, great beds, generous rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast first class. Handy 15 minute walk into Ironbridge proper. Even the church bells ring quietly in the background on the hour was nice. Having stayed in 100's of B&B's this is one of the best.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The food was exceptional, and it was Iike staying at a friends place as the the owners were so so friendly and so accommodating. I would recommend this place a 20 out of 10 - it was that good !! - It is about a 15 minute walk into town, we ate at the Malthouse pub which was very good too. The country side around here is absolutely beautiful.
Comfortable bed Beautiful bathroom in Victorian style Delicious breakfasts Could walk to local attractions
Some noise from street and church bells, but closing the windows made it almost unnoticeable.
Excellent breakfast, shower very powerful and roomy, friendly couple.
We could not get a signal on the TV but had excellent Wi-Fi connection so iPad came in handy.
We couldn't have been made more welcome. Fantastic breakfast, great location and thoroughly recommended.
Sky TV En suite facilities Breakfast Friendly staff
All of it, a great place with a great hostess. So frienndly and accomadating.
Proximity to local attractions
We liked the house and the tasteful decor, the relaxed atmosphere and the kindness and caring family that are there for their guests needs at all times. The optional dinners are superb and highly reccommended.
the room was comfortable, clean and well furnished. The bathroom was superb. Breakfast was very good.
Lack of chairs in bedroom
the friendliness of the hosts and their willingness to help with local information etc. the lovely breakfast - traditional food but cooked to order and great quality. the chocolate brownies in the room. the location
the room was described as a small double and it certainly was, though comfortable. no room for a chair to throw clothes onto! having to make small talk with the other guests at breakfast, sat round a dining table ~ morning is not my forte!!
Staff, food, cleanliness
Access very difficult if you have any disabilities. The bed was so noisy really disturbing sleep.
From the warm welcome to the later breakfast offered so we could recover from V the entire stay was fantastic. A beautiful house with a comfy bed and clean en-suite, perfect hosts and friendly guests made this a great escape and a civilised way to enjoy the V Festival
Nothing to report here !!
Dawn was very friendly and welcoming. The room and ensuite were perfect. It was quiet and peaceful an easy walk to the shops and restaurants. The breakfast menu was very good and the food gorgeous.
Danny and Dawn are clearly proud of their business and this is seen in the friendly and helpful services provided. Breakfasts were excellent with bedroom and bathroom equally first class. Stayed two days and would return.
Lovely people who can't do enough for you and a gorgeous cosy house! Will definitely be booking to stay again in the near future! Great location to explore beautiful Ironbridge.

An accidental find on the internet when I had an unexpected overnight stop in the area. I received a very warm welcome and nothing was too much trouble. My bag was carried up the steps to my room and refreshment offered. A good room with a very comfy bed (if a tad squeaky!). The bathroom was very grand with a good strong shower. Nice little touches like home made brownies and water in the room. I'm a vegetarian and had both breakfast and an evening meal - I really enjoyed the excellent food and the wine. It's only a short walk from Ironbridge. I'll be going again.
When I visited, the weather was very hot and it was pleasant to sit outside on the terrace (a bit of an exaggeration as there's only room for one table and four hard chairs outside the front of the house). There didn't seem to be anywhere else to relax apart from the dining room - the other ground floor room was locked and you don't always want to sit in your room.
A proper home away from home which is very important as i am solo traveller. Dawn made me feel very welcome, and has an easy going and relaxed style, Comfy bed and well equipped rooms. I especially like the home made brownies in the bedroom. Perfectly located for all the museums. Do make sure you make time for a breakfast, Dawns full English is absolutely epic and beautifully cooked. I left feeling relaxed and rested. Definitely recommended and would not hesitate to book again. Top tip for the museums, buy the passport for all the museums it works out cheaper. Leave the car at the B&B and pay just £1 to ride the gorge connect bus all day.
