Foundry Masters House

We booked all 3 rooms to celebrate a special birthday. The Foundry Master's House Hotel was excellent in so many ways. The rooms were all tastefully decorated, the bathrooms being particularly noteworthy. Both before and during our stay Danny and Dawn were incredibly helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfasts were substantial and if you have the chance do book the evening meal, quite superb!

Atmosphere totally relaxing very hospitable and welcoming from the very first moment. The food was superb and there was total understanding about allergies and food intolerances. Dawn and Danny could not be more helpful and cooperative.

The friendly welcome and the spacious room that we had. The very large breakfast was excellent and set us up for the day. The location was also excellent for getting around either on foot by local transport or using the car. The Foundry Masters was a 5 star B & B. Certainly recommend to other people.

Comfortable room with largish bathroom with large shower. Sky TV with HD and Sports. Not to be missed breakfast and excellent evening meal menu which you should try at least once.

The steps up to the house are unlit, and some are loose, which could be a problem to less able people.

THE BEST THINGS COME IN SMALL PACKAGES!!! if you have heard that, this saying sums up the foundry. From the moment escorted up the path to the moment checked out nothing was to muchtrouble. Even though we had booked even meal and there was no room. Dan tried to book locally for us. Unfortunately no room , simple convert the sitting room to an exclusive dinner for two!!!! Great meal and breakfeast will be comming back

Very hard to fault, only possible recommendation , walk from car park to entrance up steps which could have been lit as it was a it dark

Location close to Iron Bridge Gorge and all museums. Spacious well-appointed bathroom. Welcoming and accommodating hosts.

Bedroom on the small side - furniture on the dark side for the size of room.

Super 1 night stay exploring the Ironbridge Gorge. The B and B could not be bettered.

Very friendly, food was amazing. Hospitality was very accommodating. We shall being staying there again in the future.

Excellent value for money - £55 for the night, in a lovely house. A warm welcome and tasty home cooked food. Room 2 - had a really brilliant shower room and the bedroom was nicely decorated. Lovely dining room.

The bed in our room was incredibly creaky!!! Almost comedy. A real passion killer on Valentines night, when all we could think about was being quiet. Which was impossible, as even turning over sounded like someone was felling a tree in the room. The lack of space for circulation was a bit tricky - no hall or reception area - so it was a bit claustrophobic at times.

We had a one night stay for my 50th birthday. Dawn and Danny gave us a warm and friendly welcome, our room was lovely, comfortable bed, tv with all sky tv channels , all the usual tea/coffee making facilities, topped off with some delicious home-made brownies. We decided to eat at the foundry masters and were treated to a absolutely fantastic 3 course meal. Dawn is a excellent cook and the table had been set for just the 2 of us with candelabra etc....it was just brilliant. After a good nights sleep, we were provided with the most delicious and hearty full English breakfast that set us up for our journey home. We would definitely recommend The Foundry Masters to anyone and we will definitely be going back

The proprietors where efficent, well organised very friendly and went out of their way to make this stay highly commendable. The decor and fitments of our room were of the highest quality and exceptionally clean. Overall Brill

There was nothing I disliked

Warm and welcoming; calm proprietor. Super decor. Care given to detail relating to every aspect of my stay. Relaxing, super facilities, endless hot water, brilliant shower, fluffy towels, loads of pillows and cushions. Delicious cuisine. Chocolate cake a lovely touch and delicious. Nothing too much trouble. Super children. Artwork to die for!! I simlpy loved everything about my visit and I thank you. Cannot wait to return and explore the area with Madeley being my staring point or maybe the Atr Gallery...

The fact that I had only one night at the Foundry Masters House.

High standard of food - quality ingredients. Friendly and helpful proprieters. Convenient for museums.

Small point - could do with some outside lights to help navigate steps.

A friendly warm welcome awaited which carried on for the rest of our stay.Nothing was too much trouble.Our room and ensuite were luxury through out including home made biscuits!.Breakfast was first class with quality local produce.We were bid farewell with a bag of local fudge,what more could you ask and at a very reasonable price!

The warm welcome, spotlessly clean, very inviting, good location, superb cuisine, a very comfortable bed and the breakfast was second to none. Well worth having an evening meal as Dawn, the owner is a superb cook. We had the best time and would highly recommend it. You can even park your car.
