Everything was excellent, simple without luxuries but with all important things available, and very clean and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen, washing and drying machines for clothes and dish, with tablets for use. Compliment sugar, coffee, tea and cream. Central heating, iron, stereo and nice flat tv... all great! No dislikes. Just could have pillows with different heights, but we didn't ask the reception, probably would be available.

Clean, functional and excellent service. The hallway leading to the apartment could do with freshening up, but this is only a minor point and did not in any way spoil the enjoyment of our trip.

Tha appartment was very spacious and comfortable. The situation was very convenient for public transport and the city centre. On two occasions in the morning the boiler stopped working and both times the staff sent someone to sort it out almost immediately Boiler problems - worrying, although dealt with perfectly by the staff. Lack of convenient car parking. Having to collect keys from a different location.

Clean and silent apartment in central zone(15 mins from the castle, 2 mins from Airlink, 2 mins from supermarket) We had some problems with the old boiler, we called the assistance twice in 5 days. The problems were solved in a couple of hours.

A very different feel to a hotel, having your complete own space. Close to the City Centre and West End. WiFi did not work (password given was incorrect) The very early check- out time of 1030.

Good location. apartment large and had all the facilities you would need - impressive There was a tissue under the bed, which hadnt been cleaned up from last guest. The apartment was hot, and the windows were difficult to open.

I really like here and highly recommend this hotel. They have private and fully-equipped kitchen.It's really helpful to wash our laundry by machine for a long-time traveler. The living room is quite big. It's near to castle and train station. This hotel likes second home! I will live here again! nothing

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was exactly what we wanted for a week away. We could have our own space and cook for ourselves in the kitchen that had most things we needed. There were a few minor problems like the bathroom lock being missing, but nothing major.

Liked the apartment so much we booked an extra night. Great location, had everything we needed. Morrison Street is very busy so if you want to ensure a good night's sleep it would be best to request a flat at the back.

Layout of the apartment, Decor was not dowdy or ultra modern Tv etc Good number of power points Lighting was good and convenient for reading The bath was higher than normal and not easy to enter and exit . I am 74 and reasonable fit, some one with arthritic pain might find it difficult. A little stool would assist.

Great location for getting around the city. Nice to have so much more space than you would have in a bnb or hotel. Will be staying there again when we next visit the city.

Spacious, warm and practical. Very very noisy location. Needs a good clean and through maitenance. Shower head broken and TV had an intermittent fault.
