Located 4 miles from London’s Heathrow Airport, the ibis budget London Hounslow is perfectly placed for travellers to access the airport as well as the regular transport connections to central London....

Took a while to get radiator working
Breakfast...Close to airport
In need of renovation, basic beds
No wifi no comfortable room smal dark no pleasiant
Breakfast was fine but served in reception area. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Rooms very cramped, carpets all stained, towel stuck in the window to keep out the rain. Sink was in the room. Dust down behind the beds. Full English breakfast with no bacon, beef sausages very tough.
Clean and warm rooms and friendly staff.
The breakfast was not very good no bacon on offer, the scrambled eggs were almost white and the beef sausage was tough and had been around a while possibly deep fried?
An awful place... The owner sits in the dining room & watches everything, miserable.....YUK.....Unkempt & grotty. Would not recommend.
Brakefast shower beds staffs are warm
Good bed, helpful staff, leaflets about London etc.
Limited choice at breakfast; only prunes as fruit, no poached egg or bacon, no wheat-free bread or an alternative e.g.ryvita. The window in my room did not open easily - it would have needed a prop to keep the sash up.
shower tray would fill up with water no remote for tv morning noise (builders)
Lack of cleanliness
Hot shower and off road parking.
Greasy breakfast, wifi didn't work, poor quality ned.
Nothing at all impressed mw with this dump, the rooms were freezing cold with a damp smell and the tv was about as much use as a chocolate fire guard. One of the mattresses had a massive stain on it covered over with a towel and I wont even go into the farce of a breakfast.
Good breakfast. Room was clean. Good value if on a budget.
Stairs. Lights went out twice (blown fuse). It was a bit noisy at night when people are coming and going.
The staff was wonderful and the location to the Heathrow Airport was good. The dining area and the outside were lovely. The price was good.
The carpet in the room was ragged. The shower head did not work and therefore the shower temperature was uncontrolled and scalding hot. The water came out as if there was only a pipe. The owners used the best parking instead of reserving it for the guests.
first they gave the room that previously been used by somebody else and all dirty tissues and towels were on the floor, when ask the member of the staff first they try to cover that, but when challenge they allocate another room.
staff were friendly,nice breakfast

Everything cant fault it
Breakfast was poor

Very nice people
Cleanliness, small rooms with shabby furniture
The only thing we liked on our stay was the late check in and the shower and toilet was clean. We were able to check in at the latest 11pm we were 20 minutes late and they had waited up for us, it would have been a nightmare trying to check in in the middle of the day as we're on a day trip. The bathroom was clean which is always very important, we were able to have showers and feel fresh.
The mattress was bumpy and old, bed base was filthy, staff do not talk much making you feel unwelcome, at breakfast the man was mumbling to us asking us what we wanted and they were vert stingy with food we both asked for toast and we got 1 slice each where that was all I had asked for for breakfast and for a cooked breakfast my partner asked for hash Browns and beans she got 1 hash Brown and a spoon of beans I didn't ask for anything so had to ask for more toast. We then went outside after breakfast and got a ton of questions about what we are doing with our lives and if we had boyfriends when we said we are girlfriends the man asked us which we thought was better man and woman or girl and girl I felt very uncomfortable with all of the questions. When we had checked in we walked through the dining room where there were bowls of cerial which had cling film over but only half covering the bowl so that had obviously been like that at least from that morning to the following morning. There was also not enough toilet roll in our room and no one to ask for some, luckily there was a downstairs toilet and we took the roll from there. I am very unhappy with my stay, we often stay in cheap b and b's or hotels and this was our worst experience.
Run Down Building, Badly in need of refurbishment, and tidy up, Extremely noisy at night Bad location for Central London
Cleanliness Tea & scancks
No good furniture including bed, drawers
