booked this place as it was near my son for university and close to the city centre. Breakfast in cafe was good.
had to complain about cleanliness but that was dealt with very promptly. Needs some TLC. Bedroom was clean though
no room service!!
Great value for money. It has everything you'd need for a long stay. Would stay again.
Location. Car parking.
Junior member of staff insisting on photo ID. Being told that this was necessary in case anything was removed from rooms. Thankfully corrected by manager. Window catch was broken which allowed whole window to be removed - very dangerous. Expensive for what it was, but that's Edinburgh during the Festival.
Location and facilities good but would be rather cramped for four adults if you were staying for a week. Bedrooms a little small!
When we initially met the staff, they were unhelpful and seemed unfriendly. We were surprised to have to pay £10 extra for parking.
No net curtains.
Staff were very helpful. It was only about a 12 minute leisurely stroll to the Royal Mile. It was quiet. It was clean.
It was a small space. It was very difficult to pull out the chairs far enough to be able to sit at the dining room table. One of us found the mattresses uncomfortable.
Location, cleanliness, facilities, speed of repair of damaged shower head.
Good location, quite and clean
We've stayed here before and paid half or leass as much as we did this time. Late check-in 3pm and early check-out 10:30
The apartment was very small.
How close it was to the station and the fact that they could cope with us wanting 8 nights.
£10/parking fee and the £50 deposit for keys or damage only paid back after 10 days.
It was clean, comfortable beds, ok size bedrooms, perfect for 4 girls at the fringe
Was a bit far out but I like walking
Clean and comfortable with plenty of room and walking distance from main Edinburgh attractions.
Sacks of rubbish left in the courtyard attracted swarms of seagulls resulting in an unusually loud dawn chorus!
Location, layout, on site parking.
Decoration a bit tired looking.
It was well appointed, near the city centre, with friendly, helpful staff
Felt a bit dated and the bathrooms need redoing
Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Having a place to park the car was very handy.
The toilet would not flush properly during our stay of 3 nights. The apartment was for 4 people but only two chairs for the table were provided.
Value for money comfort well-equipped kitchen with washing machine location - close to center of town and stations quiet safe good restaurants and Tesco's nearby
Not far from the City, nice breakfast places nearby (Check out "milk" on morrison!) everything in the appartements, We were 8 people in 2 appartements and the rooms Are astonishingly quiet
Overall the apartment was excellent and was more suited to our needs than a hotel. Excellent location, close to all main attractions. Highly recommended.
The complimentary tea bags were not our favorite brand and the milk was full fat, but we tried not to let this spoil our weekend.
all the facilities such as wifi, lift, laundry, cooking equipment, etc and nice appartment. The staff was so helpful and friendly.
Very-2 well maintained property ( excellent job :), security, Vicinity to attractions and market
Hardwood floors need serious maintenance (they creek a lot!!)- It would be sensible to have nice ceramic tiles in Bathroom and kitchen than hardwood, entry to apartment is quite constricted, Need to switch to electronic keys-it saves time and effort, wish there was better view from at least from one room
location abit far from down town
very quiet place, clean
car parking is quite expensive
Secure and close to the conference centre. Staff were all VERY obliging and couldn't be faulted.
Poor water pressure and small. Not cheap for the size
