Modern, nicely decorated, good location. You got discounts of some local restaurants if you showed your room key. Noisey boiler and very hot even with the window open in winter. Noisey road and roadworks. I think it was in a student area so noisey with people coming back from the bars late at night.

Location is excellent. 10 Mins walk from the main Lothian road. Excellent connectivity from around the corner bus stop. The fully loaded kitchen was great. Almost everything that you need on a family holiday. Noisy at times. Specially when someone come after mid night. Wooden floors make more noise. Late check out chargeable. Kitchen and dining space jammed in a small space.

Since it is an apartment with kitchen, sitting room, we felt very much like our own home. It was nice to do our catering if we like and don't need to eating out all the time. The location is very convenient to the town centre. Daily room service was good. WiFi was very useful. I think some people smoked inside the appartment. Someone got a dog with them.

The apartment was immaculate: very clean, comfortable. I felt like I could live in it! I don't know when it was built but it looked brand new and made my short stay very enjoyable. I wished I could have stayed longer and if/when I come back to Edinburgh I will come and stay with you again.

The accomadation was cramp especially around entrances and the door to the apartment. The carpet in one room was disgusting with stains and marks. Beds were fine. Shower leaked onto floor via the shower screen. As far as the price is concerned. If the price were lower, the complaints would be fewer!

The locality of the Fountain Court Grove was excellent for walking into town without worrying about parking issues. There were shops and bars close at hand which meant we could eat locally which is great when you have young children. Fireworks being set off by someone on the street both Friday and Saturday night.

Close enough to the city that we could walk (15 minutes) on occasion. We were on the ground floor and there was a lot of noise from the rooms around us.

The location was very good and it was comfortable. Very noisy all night with some people who stayed out in the car park all night shouting, playing loud music and obviously drunk, our hotel door had been unlocked sometime during the night/early morning and we double checked it had been locked the night before and there was only one towel and 3 of us staying in the room.

This hotel was a pleasant, comfortable surprise after a week traveling around Scotland. The price was good, close to the center of town, and had a washing machine! The main thing we all had to complain about were the pillows. But that was minor in a beautiful town.
