Good location just a couple of hundred metres from a dlr station and right by the Thames. Friendly, efficient welcome from obviously highly professional staff, who quickly changed the beds when we pointed out we'd booked a twin rather than a double. Room was large and well decorated with a nice view of One Canada Square (Canary Wharf). Tiramisu in the room to welcome us. Although we had booked room only, because we were there for the London Marathon, the hotel provided fruit, a cereal bar and Lucozade to have in the morning. Overall a good quality 5 star hotel which, although slightly pricy, was pretty good value for money for London. We didn't have anything from the minibar or room service, but if you do, expect to pay through the nose for it.

The staff were excellent and couldn't do enough for us. They upgraded our hotel room to a view which was excellent. As my husband is in a wheelchair he doesn't like to go away much and this was only his second weekend away and he really enjoyed it and it was a relief to him at how easy and accessible everything was. The only thing we found a problem with was there was no shower chair for my husband to transfer to in the shower and so he had to sit in the bath to have a shower, which was really difficult for him to get in and out of and was hard for me to help to lift him.

Friendly Staff, spacious room, the view of river thames during sunset is breathtaking. Toiletries are luxurious. One of the best Steak i had in their Italian restaurant at the Ground Floor. Going out from the front of the hotel to the back for the swimming pool especially when its very cold. It would have been convenient to have a direct access to the bldg.

Staff were brilliant, helpful in every way. Gym & pool facilities were excellent, jacuzzi area was just amazing after a workout. Had a couples massage overlooking the Thames which was very romantic & worth every penny. As we were paying by visa debit we had to pay an extra €150 deposit in case we incurred extra charges during our stay. We only found this out on our arrival and were not expecting it. Prior knowdge of this would have been nice as it was a suprise upon check in.

All of them are so good~ The breadfast is not so well, we have to order it if we want a hot breadfast~ in anyother 5 stars hotel that have breadfast buffer in the morning but in four seasons only have cold things in the morning.

Nice location I don't know what to say more because it wasn't what I expacted . I travel a lot and been to many five stars hotels , you can't compare four season canary wharf to other five star hotels. I think with the same value of money you can get better deal in another five star hotel.
