The building is beautifull, the location was good (we needed to be close to a specific location), the people nice. The bathroom could be larger.... |

The staff are very friendly. Clean & tidy room and bathroom, very comfortable bed. Free wifi. Good value for money. I was on the 3rd floor and there is no lift, this is not ideal for people who cannot climb stairs. I would have liked a kettle for tea/coffee in the room. |

The room was very clean and nice! and breakfast room was OK! Perfect location - near "Original London Tour" busstop in the Baker street. Very comfortable for London Sightseeing! one of TV sets was out of order due to absence of the remote control:) and in the slipping room main lamp was out of order... |

Location is absolutely great, Baker street is only couple of minutes. The street isn't so noisy, the room wasn't big, but very clean. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast was continental: bread, butter, eggs, jam, cheese, orange juice, coffee. The room size is not so big, but enough. |

Extremely friendly staff (particularly at the reception desk - kind, helpful and with a plenty of advices for pleasant stay in London!!!), location (near everything!), free wireless internet in the room, nice room, big bed (very comfortable!), cleanliness, complimentary tee/coffee (non-stop!), provided adapter for European electricity socket type... I liked almost everything! There is no elevator! It is problematic only when you check in and check out with a lot of baggage. Otherwise, it is not a problem. The bathroom might be a bit bigger! It would be much more comfortable! |

Don't be fooled, this is not the Four Seasons you are thinking of. It's just a b&b in London I was tricked, it's not the FourSeasons, it's just a b&b |

Manager was very generous to give me one night extra for free when my room was not cleaned when I arrived. It was newly renovated very nicely , but some things were still missing. The listed price of the hotel was the same as you booked?. . |

Polite staff, clean room and breakfast area As London doesn't actually seem to be a 24 hour city (no surrounding late night bars, pubs) a hotel bar would be a great addition! |

Business trip and so a desk to work at was nice. Continental breakfast was good. Room numbering slightly strange. On number on key and door, another range of numbers on each landing. |

Surprised how peaceful and quiet it was being placed in London. Would have liked facilities to make a cup of tea or coffee in the room. |

The breakfast provided is very good and served well, a simple continental style one. The rooms are comfortable and kept clean, all modern and recently refurbished in the accommodation I used across the road from the main hotel building. Very well located close to Baker Street tube. The drawback you must be careful about is that the road outside is very busy and noisy throughout the night. As a result you cannot sleep with the window open to even the slightest degree. |

near the center of london, the college and the mosque, good staff, fair breakfast very minimal water through the shower so that none can take a refreshing bath at all, inspite of that the basin was easily obstructed most of the time, very narrow room with no tea or cofee inside the room like other hotels in london that i stayed in last year, even no refreshing air perfume in the room,i went to many hotels inside and outside the uk for courses and conferences but never hated a place like yours. |

Cleanliness. The room and the bathroom were very clean, sheets and towels replaced every day. The shower was really good, with the biggest shower head I've ever seen. Internet wi-fi access was fast, reliable and included in the room cost. Nice continental breakfast. TV and electronic key, very handy to carry around, complete the nice picture. The room was really small, there are no power sockets in the bathroom and the hairdryer is tied to the room table's where there's no mirror. And the bed has too much pillows! :D |
