Bed was a bit too soft for me but very comfortable.
+ good wifi + very clean and close to tube
- room is very small - loud alarm shouting twice in 5 nights at 1-2am! - expensive (but in line with London) - I did not appreciate being in a separate building with no reception or control
Close location to baker street underground. Nice modern rooms.
No lift if you have heavy bags
Modern bathroom good size TV and excellent breakfast.
There were no down sides to this hotel
A small and friendly hotel which has recently been refurbished. Good price for London and excellent, central location.
Hotel was good and the staff were really good. We had a wonderfull stay and will be staying again in the future..
Everything was good so no comment.
It’s near to the Baker Street subway station which takes only two stops to the Oxford Station subway station where you can go shopping. There are some restaurants, supermarkets nearby. The room is clean but very small. The shower is good.
The wifi doesn’t work on the last 2days , They said it’s ok but I couldn’t use only in the hotel !
-Great location, walking distance to many nice bars and restaurants -Clean modern room -Good service -Complimentary water & basic tea/coffee making facilities in the room
-Small room (but this was expected) -Room was on the 3rd floor and there is no lift, it was either this or the basement room in the building opposite - But I opted for a room with some natural light!
clean and location
Room smelt really strongly of smoke so my assumption was someone had been smoking in there, the net and curtains smelt as well. Steep stairs to carry case up so too much hassle to ask to change room. Really noisy
Room was nicely furnished. Spacious compared to similarly priced hotels.
Fridge in room not working. Complimentary water not replenished despite 3 day stay.
Good value for money
Tricky to find due it unusual road naming
They make you feel at home
Room very nice, bed comfortable, staff very nice
Wifi was very slow - it tested at 1.2 meg download speed and 0.3 meg upload, a bit unexpected for Central London
It has great location for everything. Still a walking distance to Oxford Street and great connection to Waterloo station.
Cleanliness Comfort Recently refurbed rooms
Breakfast was a bit basic Split location - some rooms are in a separate building over the road from reception
Clean, neat, making an effort.
3 floors, narrow staircase, no elevator - but staff more than willing to carry bags. Rooms are small.
Breakfast good. Cleanliness. Efficiency of staff.
Room adequate, but just a little too small.
Room cleanliness was excellent. Good to have fridge & other facilities in the single room
Friendly staff Very clean Free wifi Good location Modern bathroom tea/coffee/bottled water in room Comfortable beds
Lighting not great for ladies doing make up!
Everyone on the staff was very helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. Loved the bathroom. Didn't realise there was no bar till we got there.
Being on the top floor with no lift,
The location was ideal for us. The room was fully equipped with all needed facilities. The hotel personel were so polite and friendly.
The reception was too small and the room was small. The price was also relatively high.
Room stank of tobacco. The TV did not get Film 4.
Location. Quiet. Excellent place if you are just looking for a place to sleep. Price is reasonable.
Bigger than average London room. Well designed. Good shower. Comfortable bed. Excellent location, close to Marylebone train station and Baker Street tube. Warm room.
