Breakfast was good. Location also good - central to town, but quiet. Private off-street parking was perfect.

Breakfast was good. More a Guest House than a hotel. No reception staff when we arrived,10.00 Pm, bar not open. Double bed was actually a large single. I object to my Credit Card being charged without my authorisation, the website indicated that the credit card would only be used to hold the room or in case of a no-show.We stayed here because our son was graduating at the University, I would not have stayed here otherwise.

Daily breakfast was fantastic, the staff was helpful and friendly. The room was a bit unkempt, but hardly noticeable. There was a bit of mildew and dust in the restroom, but besides that it was fantastic.

The person at the check-in desk was very helpful in providing information about Aberystwyth, as this was our first visit to Wales. She gave us suggestions for dinner and directed us to the National Library, as family research was the main reason for our visit. Very tiny parking spaces in back of the hotel. As the person next to our car had not parked very carefully, we had very limited space to park our car and I had to slide out between our car and his.

I was appalled to discover that on my arrival at the hotel I was told my room was double booked, even although I had called earlier in the day to confirm my booking and arrival time. To be told that they could only let us stay one night instead of three was quite frankly appalling especially as they could not book myself and my 10 year old son into anywhere else for the further 2 nights. The room itself was not of high standard, with threadbare carpets and cleanliness was not great either. Wont be going back there!!!!

Booked a double room which was confirmed. When I got there was asked to settle up before I had seen the room. When I got to the room it had two single beds pushed together, both of differentheights, covered by one sheet but with two single duvets. Upon complaining all I got was a shug, until I asked for a refund, then they offered me a very small discount. Which as it was late I took. But I won't be staying here again.

One of the cheaper places to stay in the town centre, good location to pubs, shops and the seafront Door to the public often left open at nigh so anyone can gain access to the hotel. Only one light worked in the room. The rooms and hotel in need of modernising

Location is very good. The hotel is close to town centre and to the beach. The room was so small that it was difficult to move. Everything was old. It was very cold in the room

Location perfect, very close to the seafront and town centre, easy to find. It was very dirty, old, bad smelling hotel..the price was unacceptable, they promise a parking for car that they haven't (not enough space for our car). Breakefast time only 1 hour (8am-9am), not organized staff, not enough tables. Totally disorganized and bad looking. Poor breakfast buffet. Dirty room full of dust, uncleaned and unacceptable toilet. Noisy. I suggest to keep away from it..Is better to sleep on your car (for sure). Waste of money

The Four Seasons suited us to a tee. Its central location was ideal, the room warm and comfortable, the full breakfast was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a basic but adequate hotel in Aberystwyth. Only one comment: the rooms are not particularly sound proofed so those that give out onto the street can be noisy in the early hours when the local revellers and students pile out of the bars!

The beds were clean and comfortable the bathroom was clean but shabby The breakfast was good. It is right in the centre. The lady on reception and who did breakfast was good The toilet seat was plastic, yuk. The floor was dirty. The bedroom carpet was disgusting and in dire need of a clean. The wall paper and general decor shabby, horrible net curtains and curtains. The telephone was filthy as was the remote control. If the place was decorated to a better standard and properly cleaned, this includes the outside of the hotel at the back where guests park and come in, it seemed to be a dumping ground. If these details were improved it would be a gold mine. overall it is a shame but seems to be typical B&B

I liked how the staff had a joke with you and were down tO earth. The rooms also had bottle of water and hot chocolate, little luxuries. The maximum shower time is 3 minutes before hot water completely shuts off

Warm welcome and exceptional value. Comfy bed and a proper bath! Great breakfast too. Hotel have obviously spent some money on furnishings and decor to spruce up what would otherwise be a tired guest house. A welcome and relaxing stay. Room did have a stale smoke smell and was a bit dusty.
