Too tired to remember
Drunken people outside our bedroom window, urinating, shouting, smoking, several different groups throughout the night......no sleep. Not happy.t
Location Staff very friendly and helpful
Broken fittings in room Furniture dated and scruffy Very noisy at night Couldn't close the, without so the note said help from staff
Being kept awake until the early hours by the noise from the party below our room
size of bedroom
Close to bars shops and attractions car parking
Some noise from outside seating area
Polite staff, good location
Breakfast buffet was excellent. Our room was clean and the bed very comfy. Staff very friendly.
The central location to shops etc in Worcester, slightly quirky but comfortable bedrooms , good value for money.
Service at breakfast was variable - some mornings we were served promptly, on others we had to ask for coffee, toast etc. Breakfast itself was good with a wide choice of hot and cold food and drinks
i liked the location and free parking
decor very dated. would ask for a room on the 2nd floor next so as not to be woken at 6.20 by the person above me walking around their room with creaky floor boards. i was on the 1st floor.
Room was fine, facilities good.
Problem with toilet which we reported and was sorted during the time we were out, but recurred the next day. Also regarding lack of sleep, it was a Saturday night so I assume there was a disco close by, constant drumming of 'music'.
the lack of staff - phoned twice during the day and no one answered the phone. Spent 15 minutes waiting for someone to appear in the reception to book in and this was a Saturday.
Good location, helpful staff
Dirty net curtains at windows, windows didn't close properly, shabby furniture in room.
Location, interesting menu, good food.
Just too quiet in restaurant and bar, very few other guests.
location was good staff were very help full
kettle could do with replacing carpets in some areas could do with replacing
Location Could open a window Room was cool Comfortable room for a single
Would have liked more tea, coffee, milks etc
Located centrally, plenty of parking, very clean, comfortable bed. Would stay here again.
Shower was faulty and was unable to contact reception by room phone. Shower was fixed though. Booking breakfast on arrival would have been half cost if booked online?. Why not just advertise your best price first as last? Postcode seemed to confuse my Satnav? But helpful staff gave directions over the phone.
Location is perfect - easy walking to city centre and to venues for Three Choirs Festival, the purpose of our visit (though Travelodge and new Premier Inn compete in this respect). Food excellent. Room spacious with plenty of hanging and shelf/drawer space.
We were there during the extremely hot period at the end of July and the windows couldn't be opened very far and the towel rail in the bathroom would not turn off!! After the first night we got a fan and things improved, but we had to ask for it; it should have been standard for the room. (A plumber eventually turned it off on our penultimate day!) It's 3 star, so no swimming pool and the TV wouldn't tune to radio stations.
Bedside light not working
There was not much to say really is was a over priced room
Well where do I start first the tv first had two channels mixed into one, so when u listen to one channel u can hear other one in the background, the hair dyer in the bathroom do not work, the tiles in the shower where grubby and looked like they had not been cleaned in months, the toilet would not not flush at all, the mattress was way to soft for the price off £90 a night that is well off the mark, I have stayed at a travel lodge for half that price with a better room quality, so if I was you give this one a miss big style way off the mark.
Large room with good storage facilities
Furniture a bit shabby, room extremely hot.
Room beautifully decorated; bathroom spacious and quite luxurious; the preservation and quality conversion of a historic building; pleasant atmosphere of comfort and tradition in the public rooms
a very hot night, with no breeze thru window - receptionist offered desk fan which was a must. Our room was above the restaurant - suffered loud conversation until after 11pm! Windows not private.
The rooms very old fashioned furniture could do with updating very old looking
Unfriendliness of staff
