Beds comfortable .Breakfeast good.Decore tired but acceptable
Tired hotel, being told bar snacks in the evening would be available.Chef decided was too busy with christmas parties to feed residents..Disappointed having to pay car parking.
Location. Central to city.
Rooms need drastic refurb. Poor shower. Cracked bathroom tiles and poor flooring cover. Did not book breakfast as it was expensive at £15. When we checked in we were offered breakfast at £8. It was also very noisy as both nights as there were Xmas parties on. The music went on until 12.30am.
The location can not be beaten if you want to explore the cathedral and city centre. The building has plenty of character, and ample parking.
Possibly the only hotel left with no Wi-Fi coverage at all. I have stayed before ( a few years ago). The change from a cooked to order breakfast to a self serve buffet breakfast is not an improvement. On this trip we booked a standard room but ended up in the Josephine Suite. Very spacious, but the floorboards creaked very loudly every time we set foot on them.
Location was superb Room was well appointed and good standard Hotel is historic The whole stay was much better than anticipated based on some negative reviews. We loved it.
Safe was a pain to use. Poorly fitted and instructions were not accurate.
the room was nicely decorated, facilities good, bathroom good. very near to local facilities for night out, and shops, would recommend.
great location friendly but efficient staff , beautiful old worldly building with modern facilities. 4th stay there and not the last .
Slightly overpriced with the Christmas market premium . In truth it is worth it .
Stayed in hundreds of hotels in my time - first one ever to have hot water from cold taps. Beds pushed together loosely to create double. Arrogant manager who ignored my calls to deal with my complaint (also threatening behaviour) unaware of £100 cash deposit required on arrival! Restaurant closed. Generally dilapidated. Would never stay again. Premier inn on river front much better choice.
Location was very good, attractive building too. Comfortable room, clean and pleasant. Staff were pleasant and helpful
Slightly shabby inside, needs a refresh. Very small bath / shower. Other guests noisy in the early hours. Parking was restrictive.
Nice looking hotel and friendly helpful staff
Central location and free wi-fi
Charge for carpark
Excellent location - helpful and friendly staff - comfortable and clean - would definitely recommend this hotel.
paying for parking
wash hair then found hair dryer missing broken wind (unsafe) tatty curtain, stains on pillow cases and valence. dirty walls near light switches. given wifi code many times but it never worked. Filled in complaint form in the room and so far not heard a thing . £125 for this room for what should have been worth £55. lots more to tell but i think thats enough
Convenience to xmas market
Bar service closing without warning
Location great for City Centre. Clean, modern bathroom. Quiet room. Great value for deal obtained but may not be worth full price.
Décor in room a bit "tired" and tea/coffee stains on bedroom wall. Room service menu left propped on pillows and when it was picked up it was sticky with food and drink stains - yuk. Went to hotel bar for a drink before going off to a party - the barman seemed baffled to be asked to make a cocktail so we went elsewhere - poor customer skills there but reception staff were efficient on arrival and checkout.
Excellent location and very helpful staff.
Hotel and Rooms very dated and bit shabby in our part of the hotel. Runners and cushions on bed very worn. Rooms and corridors could really do with refurbishment.
Being made to pay for parking when it said on the hotel summary that parking is free
Good location ideal for being in centre of Worcester, clean and nice bedrooms
Room temp was very hot during the night
The location is ideal the food is excellent and the staff are very helpful.
We have no dislikes about this hotel
The location is really good and the bed was comfortable.
Only one bedside tablelol, no information in the room so we had no idea what the facilities were, when meals were served, or how to access the wifi. Duvet cover had a large tear in it. Decor and equipment looked tired. Leather chairs in a communal area were full of holes. Considering this was much more expensive than competitors and we were treating ourselves it was very disappointing.
Staff never said where the bar & resturant where in the hotel xx but told about everything else xx
Paying for parking when the web site said it was free xx
Friendly atmosphere, good value for money, great food.
Double bed made up of two twins, uncomfortable when lying in the middle of the bed
This is a good location for the centre of Worcester, close to bars, restaurants and shops.
Accommodation seemed a little dated. Breakfast was over priced and although the female staff seemed happy and helpful, mist of the males were quite grumpy especially the night receptonist.
Location Clean room Good food although breakfast looked tired ref presentation.
Future car park fees Unfriendly reception at time of check in.not even a smile .we travelled two hours.
