Rooms are a good size, clean and comfortable, Friendly staff and nice food,
Location of my room meant that I could hear the traffic going by on the main road that runs past outside the hotel, this was quite annoying especially at 6AM
Staff were very nice and helpful.
My room was near the main road and i found it hard to sleep because of traffic hotel desperatley needs new windows!
Friendly staff, very comfortable room.
Two single beds pushed together to make a double
Good breakfasts and at a special rate
No computer access in lobby or elsewhere
The location was very good for shops. Bedroom decor and size was good.
The room was a little cold for me.
Every thing in and about the hotel
Found nothing we did not like
Excellent location and free wi fi. Staff friendly and no problems
Only problem was with shower as shower head was very low and if was hard to get underneath it.
Noise from room above - creaky floorboards Lack of bar service after 11pm Expensive breakfast
I loved the friendlyness of the staff one in particular Maria who checked us in and out.Maria made are stay extra special and even showed us both in the Stuart suit hence my first name hehe!
We didn't have a DVD in the room? We brought are own DVDs with us. Im a Maintenance Manger regards my job so i can't help picking fault it's my job sorry...... Ok points i think you need to do...... Timber in general I. e the rooms the door need to be painted. The lift needs attention to give it more of a wow!!! Paintwork in general!!! Front door leading to reception needs painting. The receptionist Maria did not have a name badge all branded identity of the hotel she works for.None of the staff had name badges either. Reception/Outside approach to front of main door needs more wow factor.
The staff were friendly and attentive. The room was clean and well proportioned. We slept well and the breakfast was adequate. We will use the hotel again.
Shower was a bit weak and the food was ordinary.
The room was lovely clean and comfortable.
The unhelpfulness and rude attitude from reception staff when booking in.
great location 5min walk from city centre, friendly staff..
hotel a bite tiered in some area,s
Location perfect for our purposes Welcoming and helpful staff
Size of bed not big enough. Room was cold
The hotel is in a fabulous location within minutes of shops, bars & restaurants. It was warm, comfortable & relaxing.
The parking charge seemed a little steep for a guest staying in the hotel, however this didn't detract from our enjoyment of our stay.
The room, the bed.
Staff not the most friendly on reception
I thought breakfast was going to cost £15 extra per person but we were given the option to order it the night before for £8 each. Liked the restored building- old glove factory
The decor seemed old fashioned.
The room was nice temperature and bed was comfortable
We were unable to access Wifi The breakfast was very disappointing especially as you had to pay extra for it. Very little choice and what there was was not good quality
Good location in Worcester, close to the town centre so no need for taxi's.
Having to pay an additional £5 to park the car in the hotel carpark. Breakfast wasn't included within the price of the booking and would be an additional £8 each if we wanted breafast which is a bit overpriced.
Beds comfortable .Breakfeast good.Decore tired but acceptable
Tired hotel, being told bar snacks in the evening would be available.Chef decided was too busy with christmas parties to feed residents..Disappointed having to pay car parking.
Location. Central to city.
Rooms need drastic refurb. Poor shower. Cracked bathroom tiles and poor flooring cover. Did not book breakfast as it was expensive at £15. When we checked in we were offered breakfast at £8. It was also very noisy as both nights as there were Xmas parties on. The music went on until 12.30am.
The location can not be beaten if you want to explore the cathedral and city centre. The building has plenty of character, and ample parking.
Possibly the only hotel left with no Wi-Fi coverage at all. I have stayed before ( a few years ago). The change from a cooked to order breakfast to a self serve buffet breakfast is not an improvement. On this trip we booked a standard room but ended up in the Josephine Suite. Very spacious, but the floorboards creaked very loudly every time we set foot on them.
Location was superb Room was well appointed and good standard Hotel is historic The whole stay was much better than anticipated based on some negative reviews. We loved it.
Safe was a pain to use. Poorly fitted and instructions were not accurate.
the room was nicely decorated, facilities good, bathroom good. very near to local facilities for night out, and shops, would recommend.
great location friendly but efficient staff , beautiful old worldly building with modern facilities. 4th stay there and not the last .
Slightly overpriced with the Christmas market premium . In truth it is worth it .
