Location and local nature of area close to motorway but not on top off it

Wi Fi does not work in rooms Cerys lame excuse for problem no effort to resolve probably because they knew set up inadequate

Staff very accomadating

Breakfast served too late so I missed it

Excellent hotel providing an excellent service from the second we walked throgh the door until we left. Would recomend the hotel and excellent food available.

No towels in 1 of 2 rooms. Other room bathroom fused all lights when turned on,alternative light too noisy to use (though candles were provided) 1 room windows were locked shut. Discount not offered, just a vague apology for "new cleaners"

Loved the theme of the Inn with cluedo named rooms. The Dinner choice was excellent, food superb, great service. Again the breakfast had a great range of choices. I would highly recommend it.

The staff were very helpful and extremely amicable. The food in the restaurant was very good with a choice of a fixed price menu or excellent specials.

Friendly and informal, yet of a high standard. The food and restaurant was excellent.

We were disappointed by the fridge in the room - those small mains/12 volt fridges never work well. It did not make any difference to us but we understood that if we wanted breakfast earlier than 9 am we would have to have a 'hamper'.

The food was good and the room comfortable. A good location for Stratford upon Avon and many National Trust properties.

The lack of hot water when we wanted a bath

The staff were very pleasant but not trained at all. Forgotten teaspoons, dishes etc. The food was OK, pub fare, and the breakfast good.

Upon arrival at 5pm, going to the garden and seeing left over lunch dishes on a patio table was not impressive. Garden not well kept. A former function room(?) full of junk and furniture was the first view when parking the car and did not add to the ambience. The rooms were tired but clean. The staircase was tatty. Although the bar area had been 'done up' it was amateurish and done on the cheap. The village is a beautiful Cotswold village full of expensive properties so to have a pub like this was surprising - no wonder the locals were nowhere to be seen!
