The food was excellent. Service was very good. Friendly and approachable owner. The hotel, including room was spotlessly clean. Bedroom decoration was outdated and colours depressing. The mattress was not the most comfortable.

Friendly staff, large bedroom, cleanliness, the meals at both breakfast and in the evening were excellent. The whole place seemed a little tired. The bedroom was dark and the furnishings fairly well used. The en-suite was clean but there were a couple of steep steps down to it with a top step that was none too clear, and caused a stumble (being partly disabled didn't help, however). Would benefit from brightening up.
