The location is beautiful. Facilities for members of the whole family were excellent but more importantly staff exceeded expectations. Fantastic!!
Could have given "excellent" if I had more time to enjoy the place and without the short walk with the luggage from the car park to the reception and then to the room across the court yard.
Food was good but not sure if it's great for the price.
Our room was large and luxurious with a huge bathroom. We made full use of the spa: the pools, steam room and sauna before walking to the brasserie for a good meal with very friendly and efficient service. The atmosphere is quiet and luxurious and the quality of service discreet and efficient.
set in amazing grounds, we were attending a wedding @ Botleys Mansion which is local to this hotel. was able to book @ Hairdressers within the Hotel grounds. so prefect.
we arrived after 8pm so decided to eat in Nineteen which looked really nice but food very disappointing very bland and luke warm food was served. staff were great, setting great but menu & quality of food was very disappointing.

Room was exceptionally well appointed.
The food was superb.
My partner didn't enjoy his experience at the spa. He was left unattended for almost 20 minutes, then given a gown and slippers that were too small. My experience was great though.
Grounds were beautiful, flowers on all the tables and all the staff smiled and made you feel so welcome. Lovely and quiet with lots of birdsong in the morning. Spa, gym and swimming facilities excellent.
Room was a little too warm
Love Foxhills and have stayed here many times before, including hosting our wedding reception. The rooms are well equipped, spacious and very comfortable. No issues with connectivity, if that is your thing and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a bit of luxury in beautiful surroundings. Staff were very friendly too.
Not much to dislike here but it would be nice to have a note to welcome back visitors that return there again and again. Our names and addresses should be on their database so it would be easy to do and add a little something that other places might not.
Spa treatments and facilities were very good, lovely breakfast and service during dinner in the brasserie. Room very comfortable with great extras, particularly liked the fresh coffee, although cafetière needed replacing. Had a very relaxing girls break with my friend. Good value for money, great location, just a quick cab ride from Woking train station so easy journey from London, hassle-free.
Check in was a little disorganised. Welcome book in rooms need updating with ext numbers for the spa, restaurants etc. pool side was a little dirty with rubbish from Friday still there on Saturday, seats on pool side needed wiping down, pool and sauna however were clean.
The swim pools! There are 4 to choose from. Lovely grounds and trim trail.
Service was a bit slow at breakfast - all cooked to order, nice food, but would like to see some more choice on the buffet
Standard double room was lovely, spacious, excellent facilities. Pool and spa were great. Restaurant food was excellent, helpful staff. Overall a brilliant stay.
Pleasant room, great facilities, excellent food and service. In fact nothing to fault.
Beautiful golf course setting, friendly professional staff, solid old buildings with character. Not far from Heathrow and Gatwick. Spacious bedroom with comfortable bed.
Lack of maintenance in the bathroom, non functioning phone, and most disturbing - no soundproofing in the hall/rooms. Unfortunate in what is otherwise a top class hotel. The price reflects something a little better.
Beautiful poolside room. Huge, luxurious bedding, super luxurious towels (changed daily), fabulous mini bar (room!), Sky TV & wi-fi. Golf courses were fantastic and the Spa, pool and Spa garden were perfect for an afternoon relaxing & dozing. Breakfast plentiful & home cooked. Perfect for a two day break.
Such slow service in the clubhouse XIX - Nineteen Bar which is a shame as the service staff were excellent, couldn't fault them. If you don't mind waitiing 35 minutes for a tea cake and 45 minutes for your evening meal that's ok we weren't in a rush (and it was very quiet so be prepared on a busy day!!)
Staff, spa, breakfast, bar XIX, room
This is a gem of an hotel. Second stay and just as enjoyable. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The amenities are second to none. Very comfortable rooms. Can't recommend it enough.
The double executive room had every conceivable comfort one required. The facilities here are all excellent and we couldn't find any fault with the Hotel whatsoever.
Food a bit pricey and choice limited.
Location, rooms and beautiful spa faclities.
Poor and slow service in the dining room.We waited ages for our dessert. At breakfast we had to ask three times for our toast and had to find someone to take our order for the cooked breakfast which when it arrived was excellent.
Rooms weren't up to standard
Loved the spa facilities, walking grounds and choice of pools, really enjoyed the outdoor chill out area and hot tub at the spa. The waiter's service at the restaurant was outstanding, food was a little expensive but a nice treat.
On arrival the training receptionist was unfriendly, unhelpful and rude and we had to find our way around the complex ourselves because she couldn't answer our questions to what the place had on offer and this wasted valuable time for us. Then the patio door in our room was broken and we had to wait in the room for an engineer to come fix it and postpone our lunch. This was a birthday gift for my partner and was not the warm welcoming I had been hoping for.
Large room, nice grounds and views, facilities, spa/gym area, esp outdoor hot tub and natural pool, breakfast and dining
Service at breakfast a little slow, walking to spa/gym area from rooms when raining not ideal!
Spa facilities and golf excellent. Great breakfast - lovely staff. Room service efficient. comfortable bed.
Do not take upgrade to a suite - definitely not worth the money. The junior suites look much much nicer with modern furnishings. The suites are just like old pontins chalets with tired old furnishings and lots of dark wood fittings.
The suite we booked was lovely, very clean. We were really impressed with this although it looked over the outside pool very loud with kids running around, not relaxng and had to have the curtians closed the whole time. My treatments were amazing and so was the therapist really helpful recommending products, etc.
For it to be advertised as a spa I was a little disapointed. All the spa facilities were really spread out, so all we had was the main pool and jaquzzi as the outside pools were so spread out, the thought of walking around in your swimsuit to find them was not appealing. There was no service in the pool area, like dirnks etc. Staff were incredibly rude, not helpful at all. I am not sure because Me and my boyfriend were slightly younger then the clientel there but we felt a little unwelcome. When we turned up for breakfast at 0950, we were greeted with a " you are late, there is no hot food left". This was loud and it made every one stare. We wernt notified we needed to arrive hours before when breakfast was stated until 10am. Overall I would not go back to there. The hotel suite was nice but our view and windows opened out to the outisde pool, very loud with kids running around the pool and we had to have the curtains closed the whole time because everyone could see in. Overall I went there for a spa day due to being recently discharged from hospital so I was very dispointed.
