Extremely friendly ad warm greeting. Nothing too much trouble. Early start meant a missed breakfast. Nevertheless, a selection of goodies was left for me to help myself to before leaving. Room comfortable and spacious. |

Pretty much everything. Very friendly host, perfect breakfast (e.g. vegetarian English breakfast), comfortable bed, clean, good design, etc. And much cheaper than an average hotel. Location is a bit far from the city center, but still walking distance. |

Fraoch House was a lovely place to stay. The room was great and everything we needed. Teh breakfast was terrific. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The only downside, was that our room was on the third floor, and after walking all day we were tired, so it would be advisable to ask for rooms on the lower floors if you not too fit. |

Excellent quality facilities, friendly staff, nice modern feel but in a traditional building. Easy bus ride into the town centre...five minutes barring roadworks. |

I really liked Garith and his friendly attitude. Great breakfast! Possibly the best one while we were overseas. Also access to great movie selection. When we wanted to get access to Garith sort of at night, wasn't sure how to make this happen. Everyroom should have a wine opener. |

It is a nice friendly bed and breakfast guest house. The hot breakfast is cooked by the owners after you make your selection. The land lady and her son are very friendly and helpful. It is located amongst other bed and breakfast places on this stretch of the road. It has easy access to ocean side and city center. |
