Service and friendly staff.
Bedroom carpet looked unhoovered with glitter on floor along with crumbs and ouze.
No bath....only a shower. 11 am check out.
I stayed here with friends whilst at a wedding nearby and was overwhelmed by how lovely the little log cabin was . Perfectly decorated gorgeous warm cosy feel. Perfect price.
The breath taking views and the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendly staff.
Bed gave us backache compared to our own bed.
The surroundings are wonderful. Horses everywhere. The restaurant is very nice with good service and tasty food.
We were impressed by the cleanliness and details. A great relieve how clean as my guest n wife are very sensitive to dust
hotel separate from bar
bathroom shower not the most user friendly
We loved every thing about this place.
There was nothing to dislike.
Was down for an equestrain event, stayed in lodge number five, plenty room, comfy. A lot bigger than other ones. Resturant was nice.staff alittle slow. Show staff were lovely so we're the shops, staff at reception was very friendly.
Central locatation.beautiful views over the River Clyde. Comfort.lovely variety of food.Watching ponies going through their paces, just a joy to watch.
Everything. The location is perfect if you're after an escape from city centre pandemonium yet need to be close to the city. The hotel itself is well planned out with very nice, comfortable rooms and stylish (if a little cramped) en-suites. The staff are all relaxed and friendly and the restaurant is just an amazing dining experience - the food is excellent, there's a great selection of wine and beers (including local ales) and it has one of the best collection of whiskies I've ever seen! All of which is surrounded by the indoor equestrian centre, so you can enjoy watching the horses being put through their paces while you dine.
Everything soon as we drove in it was just unreal, truly is a stunning place will be back all the time now and the food is superb also lovely staff.
Log cabin was fantastic. Spacious and well laid out
Everything facilities for horse and owner were second to none....Palomino Restaurant had fantastic service and choice of menu - stabling for horses and staff fantastic

loved the decor of the room!
Breakfast options was a bit limited
Hotel is very modern and staff very helpful. You have to leave hotel to get to restaurant for food or drinks but only very very short walk.Food and service was good in restaurant as was breakfast in hotel.
The only thing we didn't like was we could not get to sleep till 4am as the next room had some sort of party with noisy music and noisy guests coming and going.we couldn't be moved due to hotel being full.it spoiled a lovely night for my wife as it was a birthday gift.
The whole complex is very unique – how often can you watch show jumping whilst eating your evening meal? The standard of finish is excellent and it is in a great location. We 100% recommend this venue
The sound proofing in the bed rooms could be better

Restaurant stops taking orders at 9pm!
