Mary was really friendly and accommodating of our breakfast preferences. The house itself is immaculate and comfy. She lives offsite so we actually had the entire house to ourselves the night we stayed there (there are several bedrooms). Though everything was very new and nice, the house felt a bit lacking in character, and it was expensive compared to everywhere else we stayed in Scotland. Location is a bit outside of town (between town and the University) so it would be hard to come and go without a car.

Convenient for University and town, with car parking. Flexibility over departure time, I went into the town for an early appointment, and came back to checkout after 10am. Menus available for local restaurants. No complaints.

The owner was very friendly, helping us with a few requests like booking a restaurant for us, adjusting the heating which suited us and giving us a ice bucket for the bottle of champagne we brought. The cottage was homely.. home to home. The breakfast was delicious and the freshly squeezed orange was lovely, it was great we could pick the time rather than being restricted. It also had tea/coffee facilities which we could use day or night! Only a small thing, the double bed was very comfortable but it was actually 2 single beds pushed together and there was a small gap between them. Other than that it was excellent.

Everything: Mary (welcoming and easy-going), the accommodation (particularly the lounge and the fact that if you book both rooms you have the place to yourselves), the quality and choice of breakfast, the fresh milk in the fridge, the location, etc. all made it ideal for us.

Everything: the knowledgeable and friendly yet professional owmer, the most excellent breakfast, the beauty of the house, the spaciousnes and cleanliess of the house and rooms, the location and price. It was a welcome surprise, after travelling in Scotland for 2 weeks and staying in a few "less than perfect" b and b'S. Well done, Fraser's b and B. Plaudits! I strongly urge travellers to stay here.

Mary was a lovely host. Met some wonderful people when we stayed there. Very comfortable cozy beds. Private rooms. Great custom food. Wonderful restaurant near by with delicious food We found it was challenging to make a phone call with a calling card or even a collect call. As the phone was restricted to calling emergency only. This was definantely a challenge. But wifi helped

This was a very up to date facility that was very comfortable and nice sized. The proprietress was very friendly and helpful and it was a very nice stay indeed. The only minor thing was that the bath was not en-suite and in fact was downstairs although we knew this going in.

With only two guest rooms, this worked brilliantly for us as we were a party of three, occupying two rooms, and we were able to use the lounge facilities together without needing to worry about privacy, etc. The B&B would till work otherwise if one was traveling just as a couple, etc, however. We discussed the possilbity of a mirror above the sink in the downstairs bathroom, and it will probably have been installed by the time future guests arrive!

La zona è tranquilla, residenziale, vicina all'università. Buona anche la colazione.
