Un hotel muy lujoso en el centro de la Royal Mille de Edimburgo. Las habitaciones son amplias, comfortables y tienen una mini "cocina" con microondas, platos, cubiertos y todo lo que puedas necesitar para una cena comprada o desayunar en la habitación. El baño es de los que solo encuentras en los 5estrellas. Muy recomendable. Nada el hotel es perfecto |

Su ubicación. Cama y almohadas muy comodas No es apartamento, es hotel con minicocina, falta taburete para baño/cocina. El sillon y silla incomodisimos, en apartamentos suele haber sofa. Ningun canal en español, todas en ingles. El personal no se esfuerza en hablar ningun idioma diferente al ingles |

Está en pleno centro. la habitación estaba muy limpia y todo los muebles nuevos. Hay que subir escaleras del 6º al 7º. |

The Hotel is very comfortable, located in the center of the city with walking distance to many places of interests. My room was very nice and clean. All the facilities meet the requirements of 5 star hotel.The breakfast was very good.I was glad to stay there |

I like the hotel, but hotel staff could be more attentive to their customers. Hotel staff forgot to put tea bags into the room, we were waiting more than an hour to get them, called twice and by the end collected them ourselves. |

The hotel was excellently situated was very clean and furnishings were of a very high standard. The facilities in the room included a microwave and kitchen type sink which was very handy. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The parking was difficult and you had to pay a meter but spaces were very limited. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect, practically on the Royal mile. The rooms were well laid out and nicely decorated. Perfect base to explore the city of Edinburgh. They had not emptied the bin in our room from the previous guests. |

Great location...and very good white-ware provided in the rooms. This hotel is an example of great "hard-ware" but lousy "heart-ware". While the room had great facilities, housekeeping left my bathroom floor covered in mud, and they did not hover the place throughout the duration of my stay (3 nights). |

It is brand new, with perfect location, beautiful rooms, just off the royal mile, within the castle area. There was probably some problem with reservations and gave us a room (junior suite) which was already occupied. Then they gave us the executive suite (at the same price!!!), a perfect room although with no view. |

location in the centre is the best, nice rooms, stylish design but nevertheless cozy, the small kitchen in the room. Our room was really badly cleaned - and I mean really badly. But after a small complaint it got better. |
