“We were there to go the the Olympic Velodrome, so the location was excellent, 4 stops on Jubilee line. Staff were very helpful with planning how to get to Velodrome. We could leave car in car park after checking out on the Sunday so we could wander round Canary Wharf. Would definately go there again.”

So clean, tidy and the accomodation, excellent. Would definately visit again. A little too far away from the O2 and shopping but using the underground helped immensely.

Location For what I spent...around $400/night, the apartment was run down. 2 of the TVs did not work. There were not enough towels. The bedding for the pullout sofa was nonexistent. Basically run down and drab.

Great location, spacious two bedroom apartment and good views over the Thames and the O2 arena. Good value for money compared to staying in a family room in a hotel during our trip over to run the London Marathon. The apartment was very well equipped and the beds in both bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Access with child buggies was an issue as there were a lot of steps leading down to the main entrance. Checking in was extremely slow and took over 40 minutes even though the queue was only 6-7 people long although the staff complained they had never been so busy! There was building work going on but we did not hear any from our room. The cleanliness of the room could have been better with lots of dust under the sofas and the sofa bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. Wifi was expensive at £10 per day.

Very friendly and efficient staff at reception. The appartment was completely refurbished, very convenient and most important very clean. Excellent location close to the financial district. It's only a minor point but to access the entrance from the main street you will have to take some stairs (not easy with luggage). It was not really a problem for me ...

Walking distance from the tube right in the heart of the financial district. Nice safe location. A good base for the city with everything you need in your apartment. Reception can recommend take away shops if you need one and there is free DVD hire.1 Parking is £10 a night, we had two cars so it added up over the days. While this is cheap for London, it can still be a nasty surprise if you haven't considered it. They were also pretty slow to get us a cot, we had specified one and it wan't in the room ready for us.

The hotel has good conditions, the location is close to underground, with commodities close. Still under construction, works take place in rest hours. Wouldn't recommend in the next months, while construction takes place, part from it, good overall experience.

The staff were excellent - very helpful. The location was beautiful, overlooking the Thames and Billingsgate Market. The breakfast was poor and I would recommend going to an alternative cafe for breakfast rather than spending the £6 for cold, uncooked toast.

The apartment was great - it was comfortable and tidy with nice views from my balcony, good amenities and friendly and helpful staff. It's a great location for Canary Wharf too which is only about 10 mins walk from the apartment. The only downside for me was the construction work that was going on at the time. It was so loud that they may as well have been in the room with me. Although they finished around 5pm so I wasn't disturbed in the evening, they started up again around 9am - which is fine if you have to be out early for meetings etc - but if you're around till the 11am checkout - not so great. Other than that - I would definately stay there again.

It is a very convenient place to work in Canary Wharf, particularly, for long stays.Althuough I had reserved a 1-bedroom,I had a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment for myself. It had a nice kitchen and a very ample dining-room. Staff is correct.Views on O2 wonderful.

We liked the location, modern and quiet for Central London, but within a short walking distance of the Jubilee Line and the dlr. A large shopping centre and restaurants are even closer. The apartment (on the 11th floor) was spacious, well-furnished and well-equipped, with a great view over the Thames to the o2 and Greenwich. We were there for six nights, and would have loved to stay longer.

The accommodation was lovely. Very well appointed and equipped and the views from the 7th floor were amazing. No toilet roll in en-suite bedroom (attention to detail) and the location is not central. Only half an hour from the west end, but at the end of a long day that is quite a trip back. All in all very good though!!

The apartments are absolutely amazing. We got lost finding the apartments themselves so phoned where we were staying and a member of staff walked to meet us to show us where to go with 2 umbrellas as it was raining, now that is what I call a very good service. The only thing I can say is that I wish we were in the apartment for longer as it was lovely.

We stayed in a 13th floor apartment with stunning views of the city when attending a weekend event at London's Excel . The apartment was large, modern and well-equipped. The staff were very helpful. We know London Docklands so knew what to expect of the area. Parking, inevitably, is limited.
