Fraser Place Canary Wharf  

We stayed in a 13th floor apartment with stunning views of the city when attending a weekend event at London's Excel . The apartment was large, modern and well-equipped. The staff were very helpful.

We know London Docklands so knew what to expect of the area. Parking, inevitably, is limited.

The staff were very friendly, chatty and helpful. Check in went smoothly. The apartment was lovely, plenty of room for 5 of us with all mod cons. We were going to a concert at the o2 and the staff had ensured we had a view of the arena from our balcony - a very thoughtful touch!

The apartment, although furnished well was a bit shabby around the edges - burns on the kitchen surfaces and the laminate flooring was past it's best, however, everything was spotlessly clean and very comfortable.

The room was very comfortable and spacious. We stayed in apartment 214 which has a beautiful view. Six of us stayed and it was spacious enough.

When I arrived they did not have my booking, also they said we would have to change rooms in morning which was gonna be a big headache as there was six of us. Went down in morning after we packed everything that we ok to stay, I was angry as a quick phone call would of help. Also the door to the balcony was broken and won't shut. The cutlery was stained and kitchen had a bad odour

It was convenient and easy to find. Quiet, rooms a good temperature. Spacious rooms.

The accommodation was lovely. Very well appointed and equipped and the views from the 7th floor were amazing.

No toilet roll in en-suite bedroom (attention to detail) and the location is not central. Only half an hour from the west end, but at the end of a long day that is quite a trip back. All in all very good though!!

Not suitable for London shopping / sightseeing trip. Maybe for short business stays.

I enjoyed the fact that I has the opportunity to rent an appartement, but still have some of the luxury of a hotel, like a 24 hrs service in the lobby. I also enjoyed the area. Even though it's about 15 mins by tube to Oxford street, the area was calm, felt safe, and had lots to offer with a huge mall, and plenty of places to eat. It took basically 5 mins to the tube as well, witch you can barely fond in the city center. I will certainly use these serviced appartements again.

At the time we were there they were doing some reconstructing, so there were some notiser during the workdays aften 9 am. I'm not sure if this was the case for all the floors though. The room we ordered was not given to us, but we got a fair exchange.

Location

Rooms were dirty. Furniture was shabby and old. Booked was a super Delux apartment with 2 bedrooms. Apartment was large enough but the condition and cleanlyness was very poor. For the price paid we expected more.

Very spacious and staff really friendly and helpful. Huge balconies with great views of 02 and Canary Wharf and just a 3 minute walk to Canary Wharf business district.

It could probably do with a bit of refurbishment, a little bit dated
