Suuri huoneisto, johon iso perhe hyvin mahtui. Yli sata neliötä loistavalla näköalalla kohtuuhintaan. Viimeistely ja siisteys olivat vähän sinne päin. Kaakelit ja saumat irvistelivät kylppärissä ja keittiössä. Toisessa kylppärissä pinttynyt homeen haju, joka tuli jostain kastuneista rakenteista. Tiskipöydän sokkelilauta tipahti varpaille. Pesukone ei toiminut. |

Location , space , facilities in appartment and value A few things in the appartment were showing their age i.e. dripping tap in bedroom and dishwasher lower tray wheels had 4 out of 8 wheels missing and I believe the micro wave turntable should turn when cooking. This however didn't detract from what did work and the general level of facilities available . |

Extremely polite reception staff (Gillian). Pent house apartment enormous with spacious rooms and tons of outside space - multiple balconies and a massive roof terrace. Well equiped kitchen. High standard of furnishings. Amazing views of London. To be very very picky the only thing was a couple of the internal door handles weren't working properly meaning the bathroom door to the en-suite couldn't shut properly (which didn't matter 2 hoots to us). |

We stayed at this hotel because we were seeing a concert in the o2 arena. I think the location is ideal if you are travelling to London for the same reason. The staff seemed quite dull and the rooms were way to warm. |

Convienience for O2, also the room and overall experience was just what we were looking for. As there was 3 adults it is very difficult finding a hotel room, as they are usually expensive just for a 'okay room'. No, nothing at all. We will definatley be staying again when we visit the 02, if we can get it for the same price. |

Apartment had great views, was spacious and well equiped. Towels were not changed, bins emptied or any servicing done in the three days that we were there. With five adults staying there our bins were overflowing, we had to go to reception for loo roll as we ran out, and the towels should have been changed. |

well located, close to a tube station. Quiet flat. The kitchen was not really clean and not so well equipped in terms of plates and glasses for 6 people. Bed linen had not be prepared for the sofa in the living room before our arrival. |
