Huoneet asialliset, siistit, riittävästi varustellut. Keskeinen sijanti. Aamiainen vastapäisessä kahvilassa hyvä ratkaisu. Hinta/laatu hyvä. Voi hyvin suositella paitsi suuria aula/yleistiloja, lisäpalveluita arvostaville. Henkilökunnan tietous "kotikapungistaan", palveluista yms vaatimaton. |

Erittäin siisti ja rauhallinen hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla. Vieressä katu, jossa paljon ravintoloita ja metroasema muutaman minuutin kävelymatkan päässä. Huone oli erittäin siisti ja nätti, mutta todella pieni. Tilaa ei ollut levittää auki matkalaukkua.Pienellä tilankäytön suunnittelulla huoneista saisi toimivampia. |

Room modern bathroom great, hotels location was perfect you could walk to many of the attractions on bus route and train station is in walking distance. Breakfast only a short distance away lovely choice on menu staff couldn't be more helpful at Rick's The hum all night from extractor fan outside window 109 but for the money every thing else was brilliant |

It was close to all attractions yet far enough away from roadworks for a quiet nights sleep. I would definitely stay there again |

The hotel is very well situated. Walking distance from everything you have to see as well as from the rail station. It's clean and cosy. It was a nice place to come back after a day out. I had a rather tiny single room with a big bathroom. And the only odd thing about it was the lack of curtains on the bathroom windows. Breakfast at Rick's was also very good. |

the hotel was clean & the room was clean as well & the hotel staff were friendley, the location was great for eating. one of the big let downs was finding parking, there is a NCP parking, but you have a 10 min walk which is not great when you have you bags to carry & it is pouring down with rain.also add £20.00 per 24hours to your bill for parking, street parking is £1.50 per hour most other parking requires permits. |

Great location, nice big room, very clean, flat screen TV on a wall, good heating - warm temperature in a room, kettle and tea/coffee are provided, bathroom is spotless. Breakfast in a Rick's restaurant across the street was quite poor, first day was ok, second day - no fruits, plus highchair for baby has suddenly disappeared overnight...Had to hold the baby while eating, very uncomfortable. They need to care about families as well as for singles. Service is very slow, not enough staff. |

It was really well located.. about a ten minute walk to the train station and easy to access from the airport shuttle bus. The rooms were great and the breakfast across the street was awesome! |

It has a good location and nice rooms. The receptionist is very cold and unhelpful. The portion of breakfast is very small. There is no car park. |

The room was a generous size and very clean. The benefit of having breakfast in Rick's is amazing, great service and lovely food in a beautiful location. The pillows were very poor and virtually flat. Also the towels were very old and not very soft at all. |
