Friendly staff, good breakfast, clean, value for money. Booked for trip to wembley,10 minutes walk to tube station.

The staff were the nicest. The breakfast was wonderful. The location was ideal.

The room was small which was fine but with the eaves, it was difficult in the shower not to bump your head. The last night there were no sheets on the bed and I was slightly nervous that there was a communication issue regarding my check out. I had paid in full that Friday morning but wasn't leaving until Saturday real early. All worked out in the end. Not having telephone access to call out was difficult. I never received any messages which I know of two: one was a confirmation for my taxi. Price was great and again the staff was wonderful.

Very poor quality room. The breakfast was poor with what appeared to be microwaved bacon which was thin and dried, tasted awful. I was given a password for wifi internet access which did not work. This place is vastly overpriced and did not meet the description or standard shown on the website.

The staff are friendly and helpful. It's in a quiet location with it's own parking. They serve a good breakfast ( though limited choice ) providing you are ok with your food being cooked on a hot plate in butter. The rooms are basic but spacious and clean. They are also flexible on arrival times so it's no problem if you are turning up later in the evening.

My room was not very warm ( but it was January ). As I am not able to eat a fried breakfast at the moment, I was offered boiled eggs as the only alternative. After waiting twenty five minutes ( an egg takes three minutes to boil ) I was presented two boiled eggs on a plate with no egg cup. When I asked how I was supposed to eat my eggs the two young men on duty suggested I use a knife and fork. I couldn't believe what I was hearing, unfortunately they were quite serious. I left Frithwood House annoyed and disappointed that I had to start a busy day without an adequate breakfast.

It's not a hotel - it's a guest house. I think the ad on the site mis- represents that.

Located in a smart residential area. Well decorated, good sized room with clean and comfortable bed.

Small, odd shaped shower room that had two lights missing. No emergency evacuation notice in the room.

For an over night stay it was good and the manager was very friendly, helpful (eg ordered a good taxi service for us) and the breakfast was good. I would classify the hotel more as a bed and breakfast type house down a quiet road. Overal I enjoyed my stay.

Being the top floor of the house, the ceiling of the bathroom was pitched and you could not stand up at the toilet without having to bend you knees at an uncomfortable angle or sit down in stead, but for one or two nights it was ok.

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ontbijt was prima en werd persoonlijk geserveerd in een verbouwde veel te kleine keuken.

Het is een zeer eenvoudig hotel, verbouwde woning met kleine kale kamers, veel te hete verwarming, en kruip door sluip door gangen naar de kamer. De doucheruimte was goed maar niet schoon, vuile hoeken in de douche en niet afgewerkte wanden. Door de beperkte ruimte waren er schuifdeuren geplaatst. Goed voor een zeer kort verblijf zonder wensen. Het personeel in de keuken droeg geen keukenkleding.

The room was very small -much smaller than the first time that I had been to Frithwood House. We could not put both our suitcases onto the floor of the room -and they were medium sized suitcases. I complained and got a bigger room. However it was disappointing.
