everything was amazing, very friendly BandB owner, feels like you are visiting family, very clean and beautiful BandB, really yummy breakfast (best bacon in the world), very good place to switch off, spectacular view, see very close 5 min walk, castle in the village, Snowdonia mountains about half hour away - so it means you can climb and end up on a beach aftewards not enought options to eat in the village -but it is not an issue if you are eating before you return to Band B

We were attending a wedding and Ann made us very welcome. The rooms were lovely. Ann made sure we had a taxi home. We drove the car to the venue and left it there overnight and Ann very kindly gave us a lift back. Ann extended our checkout at no cost. Made breakfast at a time we requested. Nothing was too much trouble. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her guest house to anyone!

There was a warm welcome from the owner and very helpful attitude throughout the stay. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The views from the room were stunning and worth the trip alone. The breakfast was good and plentiful with a good choice. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to friends. All in all it was a very relaxing stay in a beautiful part of the world.

Lovely welcome and a pot of fresh coffee on arrival. Owner was friendly but not intrusive. The room was fresh and clean. There was a sitting room. The breakfast was excellent with good quality produce cooked to order. The toast was made from fresh thick bread and was delicious. The view of the sea from my bedroom window was great. I can't say that there was anything I didn't like

The view from the bedroom window was stunning. Comparing the other guest houses we have stayed in £80.00 per night was too expensive. There was no hairdryer or T.V. in the room and one wardrobe was full of the landladies clothes. The room was not en-suite and the bathroom wasacross the landing and very dated.

The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They offer garage space. The view from my room was amazing and the decoration of the room was also very pleasant. Breakfast was abundant and delicious. I would highly recommend this B&B There nearest restaurants are 1 mile away from the B&B, and are not amazing.

The proprietor was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean and good value for money in my opinion. The cooked breakfast was also good. Would stay here again if in the area. Only slightr negative was the noise from the road in the morning, 'rush hour' ; other than that, no complaints.
