“ I'm not one to like getting my hopes up that a hotel is going to ever be quite as fabulous as the photos make them look. Add to that the pressure of organising the weekend as a surprise for my husband's 40th birthday, and the result is a serious case of nerves...that were 110% unnecessary because Fronlas was perfect!! ”

Lovely breakfast and choice. Bedroom door didn't lock from inside! Bit over priced in my opinion!

This is an excellent B&B with super facilities. Nice and warm with lots of added extras such as a DVD in the room and lots of organic smellies in the bathroom. Also a very yummy breakfast menu. Nothing!

Add to that the pressure of organising the weekend as a surprise for my husband's 40th birthday, and the result is a serious case of nerves...that were 110% unnecessary because Fronlas was perfect!! From the point of booking, Eva was in touch to help organise a few additional touches for our weekend celebrations and throughout was a lovely host, going above and beyond to make our stay extra special. The room was comfortable, cozy and spotless; the breakfast was delicious, and our weekend was fantastic. Phew! Thank you so much!

A stylish bed and breakfast, an extremely helpful and very welcoming owner and a superb breakfast. Easy parking and very good access to the good range of local shops and pubs. The owner has excellent local knowledge and is very ready to help with suggestions for visits or where to eat in the evenings and will make bookings for you. The bedroom was very comfortable and the bathroom well-equipped. We had a lovely view over the river valley. The lighting in the room was not great to read or do any written work by.

Tea and coffee making facilities with fresh milk Excellent breakfast Friendliness of staff Towels and bath mat - both were very worn around the edges and were extremely stiff - not upto standard of the rest of the room. Bedside tables too small - only held lamp.

Good situation with parking. Excellent breakfasts, Eco friendly with explanations, comfortable rooms with plenty of accessories. As a Boutique b&b, I would prefere not to have young children staying there but that is a personal view from a mature couple who prefere peace and quiet at breakfast! It does not detract from the quality of the accomodation.

Based on the reviews I was expecting a warm reception at Fronlas and that was exactly what I received. Lovely place to stay, beautiful room and great food. Easy parking too. Not far from the main street (short walk) but it was extremely quiet at Fronlas. I could have happily spent multiple nights here.
