Well situated for all the sightseeing spots, good atmosphere and excellent food We had a front room which looked out over the sea.
Although the room was spotless the bed really could do with a new mattress
The staff were very helpful, great location for Giants Cause way and manymore sights. The food was excellent we were sorry to leave.
Clean, comfortable and good food
There was nothing we didn't like
Very comfortable and friendly. I would definitely book again.
Staff were above outstanding. Anticipating our requirements and reallocated our room before we asked due to mobility issues. Good breakfast choice. Large rooms. Very clean.
Second time back to The Fullerton Arms. Great place to stay when visiting the Giant's Causeway and the Carric-a-rede rope bridge. Resturant was fantastic and good value for money. The bar was full of character and a good laugh. Enjoyed our stay here again.
Decor- very good. Modern and clean.
Noisy bar below playing music until the small hours.
Staff and location very good.
Fire door in bedroom corridor opening and closing loudly all night.
Nice menu Nice dining room
Poor breakfast - greasy food Expensive for basic facilities Uncomfortable mattress No hair dryer in room

Staff very accomadating and very helpful. Overall excellent hotel would recommend as a getaway for a weekend.
Very far from main event in Ballycastle £50 travel cost over two days. Had we not been attending events in Ballycastle and had access to our mobile phones it would have been perfect.
Breakfast was delicious Bar staff were nice and food was good and they were accommodating to the people in our party who wanted to watch the world cup Room was large airy and clean It was very close to everywhere we wanted to go.
We were in room 5 at the top of the B&B we found the fans en-suites of the lower rooms very noisy and had to ask some members of staff if they could sort it out. They weren't sure if it was the visitors rooms or laundry room but it got sorted out. The shower in room 5 was not good it was either really hot or cold. I did mention this on leaving and the staff member was very apologetic and explained that the manager was not there at the moment but gave me his name and suggested I drop him an e-mail and that he would talk to him about it himself.
Food and staff
the staff were excellent really pleasant and helpful. Room was very clean. Food was top drawer. I stayed for 3 nights and ate in the restaurant every night. Breakfast was very good too with a good variety and made to order
The Game of Thrones theme was very welcome, considering that my boyfriend and I are great fans of the books and show. The rooms, not to worry, are very normal and modernly outfitted, with good taste. The pub/restaurant had great food and helpful staff. Wi-fi was not available because it's an old house but you shouldn't be on the internet when there's the path along the cliffs to explore!
The shower system was fine, but could have had better water pressure. However, I'm not sure that it's possible in a small place like Ballintoy. It's perfectly admissible so don't worry you'll have a hot shower.
The price It's super expensive There is a b&b at 100 meters half price
A lovely building with views over the sea. The room was as expected and clean. Staff were informal, friendly and helpful. Would stay again without hesitation.
Room was above the dining room so the music came through during service, but not enough to be a major problem.
I was expecting it to be noisy at night from the bar, this was not the case. The only noise was from the fire door banging once people were in bed it was quiet. I am a clean freak but had no problems at all here. The bed was comfy, the staff are just lovely. Even though I have made some comments about a few glitches I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would defiantly stay again, with my husband next time it would have to be good for me to recommend it to him for us both to stay again. We usually stay in more expensive accommodation to be sure of quality, cleanliness, good food, good shower and a comfy bed. I will happily recommend staying at the Fullerton Arms again but insist on another room! Kitchen staff need looking at for breakfast though! I was visiting on family business which kept me away from the Fullerton all day till late in the evening, so had no opportunity to mention these matters to the management. I suspect had I mentioned my comments they would have moved me as they were exceptionally friendly and helpful. So please do not be put of staying here, I'm not.
I stayed in room 11 and the tv is right in front of the wardrobe. Making it unusable without banging your head! I kept everything in my case. The shower was low in pressure and the sink had no water in the hot tap. No hairdryer and on my last night I had to go hunting for coffee and milk for the morning! But by far the worst was the breakfast on my first two mornings. Cold plates making the food cold and the food over cooked, weak coffee. However the final day was a perfect breakfast. Hot plate and beautifully cooked. Apparently I had different chiefs each day! And coffee lovely. The bedroom does get full of kitchen smells and noise from I think the kitchen fan? every morning.
Fantastic food! Perfect location to explore an exceptionally beautiful area by car (or bike). The accommodation exceeded our expectations and we thought we got value for money.
The staff couldn't have been more helpful. They werereally friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Hotel was in a great location and the room was clean comfortable and a good size. Great for the price. Would definitely stay there again.
The staff couldn't have been nicer. The surrounding area is beautiful and the views from the beach are spectacular.
excellent location, friendly staff, good food.
asked for an early breakfast at 7.30 - chef showed up at 08.15
Could not lock door to our room from inside. No towel ranks in bathroom. Had run out of yoghurt at breakfast.
Evening meal was lovely . I booked the room but it was my brother that stayed there so this review is based on what my brother said .
He was not impressed with the breakfast .
