Nice room and very clean. Lovely breakfast
Traffic noise in bedroom due to I'll fitting window
The room was large and comfortable, with facilities such as Tea Making, Fridge in the room. Excellent value for money, breakfast was also very good with a nice choice. Only a few minutes easy walk into Inverness City Centre. Would definitely visit again.
Whilst we had a dedicated bathroom (with bath), it was located across a corridor (due to the restriction in the building). This is a very minor point and did not distracted at all from a very pleasant stay. Would definitely visit again.
Comfortable bed with high end linens. Very nice comforter. Shower was stocked with miniatures for soap and shampoo. Exceptionally clean. Plenty of options for breakfast, great coffee. Hostess was very knowledgeable and recommended local activities. The atmosphere was very relaxes and we felt like we were staying with friends. Just a short walk from town or a 5 pound cab ride.
The first thing surprised us is the spotlessness in the room. We stay in a 3-bedroom house and it has everything we need. Also, host Janice is super friendly and willing to help. She not only made us delicious breakfast every morning but also so kindly by telling us the route for highland. Chatting with Janice in the morning is really pleasant, we all love her humour. Her cool but lovely cat is also a spotlight while we stay there. Overall, it's the best B&B I've ever stayed. Totally recommended!
Nothing at all.
Janice, our hostess, was very welcoming and helpful. Her attitude added greatly to our enjoyment of a stay in Inverness.
Lovely room, lovely couple. Would definitely stay again. Xxx
very clean excellent breakfast, Janice the owner was able to accommodate our vegetarian choices very well.
Cabinet for hanging clothes too small
The owners were the best that we could ask for. Knew the area and history af the area. If and when I go back I will only stay at the Furan House when I am in Inverness.
Owners very helpful and friendly. Nice location
Loved the friendly welcome, clean comfy beds and a tasty hearty breakfast
Nothing, all good
We could not fault our accommodation, would definitely stay again.
A very friendly and informative host, delicious breakfast, comfortable room and bed!! We had a great three night stay at the Furan Guest House and would most definitely return to stay again! 15 minute walk into central Inverness and an easy drive to many of the sites of the Scottish Highlands. Would definitely recommend!
The rooms are of an exceptionally high standard as is the service and the breakfast. I couldn't recommend it more highly.
This was a great set up for a family of 5 with young kids, which can often to difficult to a hotel that can accommodate comfortably. The small kitchen was a great bonus and gave up more flexibility with our plans.
Everything. Awesome B&B
The owner was very helpful with places to go and best places to eat. Bed was amazingly comfortable and every thing you could possibly wish for was provided. Breakfast was amazing. You couldn't wish for More!!
That we couldn't stay longer.
Comfortable with lots of space, good wifi, clean and tasteful. Very friendly staff.
It is not quite in the city center but great value for money.
Overall it was a nice place. The fact it is small made it nice and cosy. The breakfast was very nice and homemade :)
The kitchen wasn't really a kitchen, as it didn't have any cooking facilities, just a microwave and kettle. Also the duvets were quite short, especially mine (in the single bed) which barely reached above my belly.
Beautiful well kept rooms, amazing breakfast, within walking distance of Inverness, wonderful host
Best rooms! The helpful and friendly house owner provide us a save and comfortable stay Sure - we enjoyed the breakfast! And also the friendly chat at breakfast was so nice. Thanks for that stay.
Almost everything. Janice was extremely hospitable and arranged a great vegetarian breakfast for the 4 of us. We were sad to leave!
The rooms were a little cramped but quite adequate for the 4 of us occupying a 3 bedroom unit. Only 1 bathroom so we had to take turns.
Absolutely top notch. Our family of 5 (3 boys ages 10,12,14) stayed for two nights--- the rooms were clean, we were walking distance to town center, the breakfasts were delicious, the conversations there were stimulating. Kevin and Janice helped us with great advice, made phone calls on our behalf with the locals, and even arranged a card and cake to await our son at dinner after they found out it was his 14th birthday. Can't recommend the hosts and lodging more highly.
A great place to stay when in Inverness. Really friendely couple who ownes the place. Great value for money. Delicious breakfast and really nice rooms with comfy beds.
Just a bit far if you travel by bus or train.
Friendly people, nice room, calm , excellent breakfast
Difficult to have parking space
Janice is a wonderful, thoughtful hostess & made us feel very welcome in her guesthouse. Within walking distance to town, the location was great for pre dinner & evening walks. Our breakfasts were very entertaining with the chance to chat with the other guests around the table, a great concept.
