The hostess was friendly and helpful. The rooms were immaculate and modern, and we had the family suite to ourselves with a full kitched. It was also very comfortable and well equipped with a tv in each room and wifi. The breakfast was excellent, with good options and so filling. We were told it was 15 mins walk to the town, but as Inverness is small it's a fair walk along windy streets. However we had a car and so we just drove into town. Also the parking was very tight at the guesthouse so we just parked on a side street less than a minute's walk away. It wasn't too much of a big deal as it's safe.

Breakfast was amazing, the owner was incredibly helpful and set me up with a fun hike that took in the many excellent sights of Inverness. All at a very reasonable price. Unbeatable.

Breakfast was wonderful. The place is cozy. The water was warm and not hot when I showered. Don't shower right after one another, give the boiler some time to heat up again. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay.

Apart from confusion over check in time, ( 4pm ), I liked everything. The welcome was honest. The tour of the house was everything anyone could ask for, factual, witty, and just like home. Janice is a perfect host. You get no nonsence, no hype, just a feeling of total relaxation and nothing is going to be a problem. The room was possibly the best I have experienced in over 30 years of travelling Scotland for both business and pleasure. I like my warmth, and the central heating was great, and an additional heater was also supplied. The bed felt like it was brand new. The wee chocolate on the pillows was a nice touch. Breakfast was fine, and we left a very happy couple, as did the people we met there. 5*, thanks, we'll be back. Only the confusion over the check in time, ( 4pm ). But, possibly this was our fault, we just expected a 2pm entry.
