Have used this hotel approx 5 times and always been a good stay with few problems

Problems with the hot water on various occasions which were eventually resolved. Its 2013, why are you still charging extra for in-room internet ?

Hotel Clean and friendly, we had a nice meal there as well

Everything was perfect. I loved the bed the most. So comfortable. Slept well. Very friendly staff. No disturbance from other customers. Lots of shops and restaurants within a few seconds walk.

Stayed here on 3 occasions now. Great clean and newly furnished rooms. Comfy beds, staff are friendly and courteous - the food in the restaurant is lovely and plentiful!

Excellent location. The room was really clean and well kitted out. We had a double/double room which was very spacious, Beds extremely comfortable. Even though it was right in the centre of Bristol (and we were on the busy road side) the room was very well soundproofed and quiet. Parking was another plus - leave your car in Cabot Circus which is a 2 minute walk from the hotel and free for hotel guests. All in all a brilliant place to stay in Bristol.

The hotel is close to Cabot Circus, but is 10 mins to the centre. If you are a shopaholic. you may find it convenient as there a massive of shops, cafe & restaurant around.

Not quite close to attractions. But there are bus stop oppposite to hotel going up to suspension bridge & markets etc.

Location to city centre & Cabot Circus restaurants is ideal. Room was clean & just what we needed.

Disappointed there was no bath as this was featured in room description.

Long stay Parking can be an issue during the week

Close to the city centre, parking just next to the hotel+ for free. Good size bed and brilliant shower!

The bar was shut way too early on Sunday, which was a shame. I think for hotels bar should be open 24\7!

location was good and parking, good time in Bristol shopping.

somebody open the door at about 1130pm Saturday night and quickly closed it, we reported it the next morning but still waiting to here why this happened.

Staff were very helpful, especially Kim on the front desk. Rooms were great at the price. Well located for Canot Circus shopping. Breakfast and the delayed dinner were both good.

Very hard to find if you don't know Bristol - signage and directions could be better. Spent best part of a hour looking for it.

Nice modern rooms, that were clean and spacious. Nice big shower.

The dining area for breakfast is dark, we were not shown to a table, or explained breakfast procedure. The breakfast did not look appealing, my husband had beans on toast, the beans were stone cold straight from the tin. We had a refund on breakfast and would not eat at hotel again.

Very close to Cabot circus shopping centre,easy access free parking close to hotel,Reasonably priced good food in the restaurant. Great size room with very large bed.

Food was nice reception of staff was good. Problem with tv sorted quickly. Parking in car park was good

Bed wasn't v sturdy but had a good sleep. It would have been tip top if there was a bath but shower was nice. It's definitely not 10 mins from train station. Someone else's hair on one of the towels!

I liked the location and the free parking.

I didnt like the fact that the bathroom had a very strong smell of urine, it was absolutely disgusting and will not be staying their again and would definitely not reccomend this place to anyone. I havent done my usual verdict on Tripadvisor yet but I can tell you it wont be a good one. Very dissapointed.

The hotel is easy to find, and has free parking at the adjacent Cabot Shopping Centre. Rooms were clean and comfortable.Staff were very efficient and helpfull

Internet was expensive in the rooms, and TV choice could be better (not all Freview channels available)
