Clean an good size rooms, easy access from main roads.

Beds are VERY uncomfortable. The system you have for checking in and parking is very good however there's no explanation of what to do so on my first visit I didn't know where to park or what to do. The second time I visited I knew exactly what to do and it made my check in very swift and easy. Maybe some simple instructions once you've made a booking would be great or some signage around the front of the hotel.

My 3rd time staying in this hotel as I liked the cleanliness and the helpful staff. The Internet connection has improved and that was a plus point.

Great position for Cabot Circus shopping. Excellant room clean and spacious. Trustworthy cleaners. Great food in the restaurant. Apart from the trouble we had with the tv not working correctly overall a great place to stay.

The tv in our room was faulty. We were having to ring reception a number of times per day. They kept on reseting the tv from the reception but it continued to be annoying whils watching a film. When we checked out I mentioned it again to the man on reception and all he said was sorry.

Rooms very clean and good size. Breakfast excellent value for money. Location for shoipping very good.

nice clean room - decent size - very good shower - instructions on shower were very helpful as I often find it difficult when staying in hotels to get to grips with hot, cold etc. Staff in steak/chophouse were lovely, attentive and couldn't have been more helpful.

Whoever it was behind reception (not the girl that actually dealt with my check in) but another woman and man (staff members) who seemed to find me and my daughter rather amusing, tried hard to stifle their giggles but she had to walk off and the man although trying his best not to collapse into fits of giggles had to follow her - I don't know what was so amusing but I do wish on reflection that I did ask - I thought it extremely rude and unprofessional (as did my 26 year old daughter) - although I must say the lady dealing with my query didn't seem to notice and was very kind and helpful. Also I would have preferred fresh tea/coffee at breakfast - I don't like those hot jug things - the coffee is rarely hot!

Clean, with simple modern rooms

The beds were very comfortable and the rooms quite spacious.

Didn't like being at the front of the hotel as there was noise from the road. Also thought the reception staff weren't particularly customer focused. A conversation along the lines of 'did you enjoy your stay ....' and general pleasant conversation would have made a difference.

The room was comfortable, clean, well laid out, and on the whole quiet.

One night we had noisy neighbours outside in the corridor. However, staff did look into it and took action to ensure it did not happen again.

Hotel need to inform guests that they should park in multi storey car park BEFORE reaching hotel otherwise there is quite a complicated route round the block to park the car

Bed too soft Noisy in early hours (hen parties)

Stayed for 2 nights which unfortunately was marred by a Hen Party group who were staying on the same floor and playing music loudly until about 2.30am. Nothing appeared to be done about it and reception knew nothing about it the following morning. Otherwise a very good stay!
