Location Room comfort Facilities
Keep having issues with staff: housekeeping lady decided it was appropriate to knock on the door at 8am and ask if she could clean my room!!!
a little well done and dry
Whilst staying at the future inn Plymouth I was travelling by myself, I had a fabulous nights sleep both night except the first due to fire alarms going off but this sort of thing can't be helped , an apology would have been nice as it was quite early. My room was very clean and welcoming and the bed was extremely comfy. The staff were welcoming , I will be staying again as all in all a very nice few days away was had.
I didn't eat in the restaurant but did have some olives and bread, shame they were tinned olives as not that nice, and the balsamic vinegar was totally drowned by olive oil, would personally serve them in separate bowls. The bread was exceptional mind you.
Although we were only there two days, we found the staff extremely helpful and very friendly. The food was excellent and we very much enjoyed our short break stay at the Future Inn.
nice rooms and well equipped
Upgraded room to suite.
No cereals at breakfast. Coffee lukewarm.
Location was great. Size of room and bathroom were both excellent.
The restaurant was very accommodating for vegans
No take away coffee cups
Everything but The breakfast it was way way too greasy ! Let the whole experience down which is a shame .... Lazy cooks need to use a grill for healthier tastier option instead of deep fried
Good room size, comfortable, well decorated
Restaurant staff were very poor on both occasions (stayed twice)
We found someone's old dirty sock in our sofa bed yuk !
Rooms very clean, big and comfortable beds.
No heating during this cold summer so rooms were a bit cold. Else it would of been excellent all round.
Everything about outright experience at Future Inn Plymouth was excellent.
We would have liked to stay longer!
Excellent parking. Hotel looks fairly new, clean and fresh. Outstanding attached restaurant. Buffet breakfast was good.
Nothing comes to mind
Spacious rooms, comfortable beds resulting in a good night's sleep - situated close to where we want to be. Bed linen could be fresher and I think the towels should be changed as they were very thin and frayed.
A lot more expensive than usual, the breakfast buffet was good but I prefer to drink my tea from a teapot rather than hot water and a teabag in a cup.
Bed comfort good. Towels good. Food good value at restaurant. Parking easy.
Lack of room cleaning despite asking twice, through the day.
The freshness The layout the location The innovative room arrangements
The restaurant; I ordered calamari as a starter at £8 and got 5 disgusting calamari rings I got no apology or explanation for this rip off. The bed in the room was huge but it swayed at the slightest movement The TV was hopeless there was no room guide as to how to use the complicated hand set and there was no programme guide feature.
Breakfast was not worth the money. It was cold and had been left in hot plate far too long.
Unfortunately no information about breakfast timings or arrangements in the room or offered by reception.
Ease of access
beds we're comfy, smart tv was good, breakfast was nice
not enough tea bags, milk or biscuits
Smart TV Room size and 2 large beds fab. good size ensuite with a good shower. Plenty of onsite free Parking Friendly smiling staff. Glad we were on car park side not near the road or air-conditioning unit. Room was just right for a good nights sleep.
some stains on carpet and bed runner no choice of pillow firmness cracked cup 2 bottles of water would be better than 1.
The location owrks well is near to A38 (4 miles Via A385) and very good access to Dartmoor / airport and hospital. Moder hotel with all the needs for a business traveller.
Depending on room, road noise is possible as adjacnet to A385 Food service can be a bit slow
Clean rooms, modern décor, checkout by 12 noon, no hassle.
Black mould on bottom of shower curtain.
Great hospitality and there was a great can do attitude displayed.
