The staff were very good.our suite was nice after a long trip food ok we had steak it was lovley. Well done we will be back stayed a extra night .thank you. Had to ask for loo paper and the chamber staff forgot how to use a duster & polish. On night 1 we had a nickerbocker prawn cocktail good but another night it came on a plate when I asked why I was told they had runn out of glasses.

Have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions. However his visit was not so enjoyable; we felt that the bedlinen had not been changed since the previous occupants and also a few other smaller complaints. Happily these issues were rectified whilst we were in the restaurant. As for dinner in the restaurant there was a coach party of overseas visitors. The staff were fully occupied looking after these people and we felt that the service we received was poor.

location; close to the business park and easy to get to from the city; quiet No Wi-Fi in the room; no hotel sign above the entrance to the hotel and its' easy to confuse it with the entrance to the hotel restaurant

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room size was very spacious, with internet connection and tea making facilities. Bathroom was modern with plenty of hot water. Location was easy to find, and convenient, with plenty of parking. There was only one bedside table for a double bed, which is only a minor thing, but one on each side would be more convenient.

have stayed at this hotel before and it is good value for money, friendly staff, no noisy late night revellers and it is ideal as our family live 5 minutes away don't think the dinner menu in the hotel is good value for money, hasn't changed in months and not vary varied and is quite expensive for the location of this hotel

There was plenty of free parking which is unusual in a city centre. My room was huge and very quiet and the bed was extremely comfortable. Room service was excellent and the breakfast buffet was great. Would definitely stay here again - very reasonably priced and great value for money! An added bonus would have been a swimming pool and spa. Also, my sat nav, although updated the day before I travelled, did not find the hotel and I was only able to find it once I called the hotel who very helpfully advised me it was opposite a McDonalds. Maybe this should be added to your website so that guests can easily find it and also warn them there is a bus lane just before you turn off the main road.

it was close to my meeting venue and the room was comfortable and quiet The evening meal was not very good but breakfast was better. The internet connection in my room didn't work and when I asked for help I was just given an alternative cable which also didn't work

A good hotel that suited our needs, excellent price for a room for the night. The room was exactly what we required, spaceous, clean and had all the facilities we required. Excellent value at the price we paid. The staff were helpful at all times.

Modern, stylish rooms at a reasonable price. Minor/only setback - Wireless not available in the room, seems to be only accessible downstairs/reception area. Network/broadband cable provided in the room, but through no fault of the hotel's a macbook air does not have a port for the broadband/network cable.

Comfortable bed. friendly staff, reliable w-fi access Stained carpets in bedroom. Breakfast ok, but not good value money. Only one egg option and pre-made toast not wonderful. A toaster would be much better. Would recommend hotel for location and room value, but not for food.

Well appointed and clean rooms though opinion may be biased as I was upgraded to a King Suite at no extra charge £4 charge at the bar for a bottle of water is I beleive a tad extreme.

We have stayed at the Future Inn four times but I'm not sure the breakfast is any good. We used to have at table service with a pot of tea. I was disappointed at the waiting staff after loving them a year or so ago. The bedrooms are good but we froze to death.
