Have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions. However his visit was not so enjoyable; we felt that the bedlinen had not been changed since the previous occupants and also a few other smaller complaints. Happily these issues were rectified whilst we were in the restaurant. As for dinner in the restaurant there was a coach party of overseas visitors. The staff were fully occupied looking after these people and we felt that the service we received was poor.

location; close to the business park and easy to get to from the city; quiet No Wi-Fi in the room; no hotel sign above the entrance to the hotel and its' easy to confuse it with the entrance to the hotel restaurant

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room size was very spacious, with internet connection and tea making facilities. Bathroom was modern with plenty of hot water. Location was easy to find, and convenient, with plenty of parking. There was only one bedside table for a double bed, which is only a minor thing, but one on each side would be more convenient.

have stayed at this hotel before and it is good value for money, friendly staff, no noisy late night revellers and it is ideal as our family live 5 minutes away don't think the dinner menu in the hotel is good value for money, hasn't changed in months and not vary varied and is quite expensive for the location of this hotel

There was plenty of free parking which is unusual in a city centre. My room was huge and very quiet and the bed was extremely comfortable. Room service was excellent and the breakfast buffet was great. Would definitely stay here again - very reasonably priced and great value for money! An added bonus would have been a swimming pool and spa. Also, my sat nav, although updated the day before I travelled, did not find the hotel and I was only able to find it once I called the hotel who very helpfully advised me it was opposite a McDonalds. Maybe this should be added to your website so that guests can easily find it and also warn them there is a bus lane just before you turn off the main road.

it was close to my meeting venue and the room was comfortable and quiet The evening meal was not very good but breakfast was better. The internet connection in my room didn't work and when I asked for help I was just given an alternative cable which also didn't work

Well appointed and clean rooms though opinion may be biased as I was upgraded to a King Suite at no extra charge £4 charge at the bar for a bottle of water is I beleive a tad extreme.

Quality and comfort of the rooms (not the pillows though!). General cleanliness and clean designs of all areas. Friendly staff. Excellent value for money. Location. Couldn't reduce the room temperature enough.

We have stayed at the Future Inn four times but I'm not sure the breakfast is any good. We used to have at table service with a pot of tea. I was disappointed at the waiting staff after loving them a year or so ago. The bedrooms are good but we froze to death.

Room was good. Reception good. Parking good. I found it impossible to use the wireless broadband which had been important. The restaurant was fair value for money but lacked a bit of class which I suspect it had previously been accustomed to. Breakfast was not as good as it might be.

Convenient location for visiting family. Good size rooms and ample parking at a reasonable price. We were quite happy although we noted some items becoming tired. We have stayed with you before.

We've previously stayed at the Future Inn, Plymouth. Its location is good for us as we have family nearby. The hotel is very clean, has great facilities and the staff are extremely friendly and efficient. It is firmly our hotel of choice when visiting Plymouth

Super for the price. Easy for car transit and really convenient for our location compared to the city center where most of the hotels are. There were a couple of glitches (lights going out while in shower and a key card not working) although sorted easily and promptly by staff when reported.

I was annoyed to find that I booked a room with 2 double beds at a cost of £55 and as my children came with us the price increased by another £30. This is a hidden increase of 55%. For this there were no extra beds but a few extra towels only. We had one small bottle of water between 4. Please clarify why children staying added so much to the bill?

During my stay, the shower didn't work in the morning and staffs didn't offer any compesations or help. I have to ask for bottle water, even then it was only 3 small bottles, waste of time not even enough for a cup of coffee. And of course they didn't tell you if the water would come back on or estimate time of fixing the water main. And When check out the staff seem to be a bit rude, and didn't apologize about the water problem. dissappoited as i am from the hospitality industry.
