Excellent 1 night stay with our young Granson The room was lovely we stayed because we where going to Torpoint the next morning to the Navy base only 20 mins away . could not have asked for better sevice a nice young man from Birkenhead was very helpfull would deffinetly stay again .

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, lovely environment. Room very spacious with iron and ironing board in wardrobe, lovely bathroom and amazingly comfy bed. Really liked how spacious it felt, not just the room but also hallways, reception and eating/bar area. Excellent value, will stay again. Nothing, all excellent, had a very nice stay.

Clean and spacious room with huge and comfortable bed. Ample free parking and very accessible. Liked the hotel very much and would happily recommend and go back. Restaurant was a bit disappointing. Evening meal was just ok / average for choice, quality and value (suspect it was heat and serve from brake brothers or similar). Similar story at breakfast except it seemed poorly organised with trips to the kitchen required each time something ran out so there seemed to never be a full selection available. It was fine and I would go back if I didn't have the energy to look for somewhere else.

The hotel was great, we needed somewhere to stay over before a wedding and this hotel was ideal. The rooms were spacious, modern, clean, quite and comfortable. The reception staff were also excellent Many thanks for a very pleasant stay

Plenty of space in the rooms, good layout and most staff were helpful and friendly. It is a bit clinical as a hotel not much warmth. The service and the food in the restaurant left a lot to be desired.

Check in was painless and efficient. We were given an upgrade to a suite, which was a pleasant surprise. The bed was extremely comfortable and bigger than a king. Room was clean and spacious.

Good Parking. Good Lifts. Off main road. For a stranger,finding the road to it was difficult. I am not sure now if the Post Code had been changed from the advert I first looked at, or if I had made a mistake.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Future Inn. Room was lovely and clean. Only criticism is that the breakfast was over priced. £6 would have been more reasonable. Other than that we loved it! Sunday carvery was amazing!

A modern hotel in a good location for the Moors, 10 minutes drive to the city centre, Hoe and Barbican and free parking a definite bonus over city centre hotels. A smooth check in, lovely big, clean room and bathroom. We have stayed here before so knew what we were getting, same minor gripes as before...not enough staff on the bar or in the restaurant at times so customers kept waiting. Also breakfast, a bit more choice to bring it in line with other hotel chains, and having to wait for certain items to be cooked and replaced.
