We booked at shortish notice for a leisure weekend break. The hotel was super value in Accom, easy to find Location, excellent Food and very friendly/helpful Staff. Everything you need is within a small locality. We are going to do it again later this year. |

Superb Queen-size beds were amazingly comfortable - bedding spotless. Well-designed bathrooms woth clever door to shut off loo! Loads of parking spaces. Great value for money. Difficult for sat-nav to find. William Prince road / William Prance Road?? Main entrance door into hotel reception not signed.People entering hotel via restaurant door by mistake. |

The main purpose was to get my daughter from Plymouth University, however, we spent time sight seeing and enjoying the beach. Due to an error our booking was not sent through to the hotel. The Manager showed fantastic customer service and sorted it all out for us, including a bottle of champers! |

Arrived 2130 and still able to get good food in the restaurant, did not feel rushed to finish. Staff were attentive but not obtrusive. Rooms clean, well presented. Nice to have iron and ironing board in the rooms. Laundry a great idea. It was fine - location was slightly out of the city, but ideal for the airport. |

Hotel was clean, modern and new. Good standard room. Good parking, reasonable food at reasonable price. The gym. Facilities were new but inadequate and of poor design and quality. |
