Simplicity of booking and reception arrangements I felt that the restaurant staff were uncharacteristically slow between courses |

the staff were all very helpful and friendly. the hotel was luxury at an affordable price. i would happily stay there again in the future. i took my baby grandson and a cot was provided as requested.many thanks for an enjoyable weekend stay this is merely an personal observation there could be some facilities for mums with young babies for example microwaves to heat baby food and sterilise bottles and bottle warmers. |

Rooms were spacious and extremely comfortable. Everywhere was very clean. The bar and restaurant were lovely and relaxed, great to unwind, and the reception staff were incredible. Nothing was too much trouble for them. |

The room was warm and comfortable with a welcoming feel. Tea and coffee were provided and it was close to other shops. It was difficult to find. |

Friendly staff, room was very spacious, comfortable and quiet. The buffet breakfast was probably the best I have ever had in a 'chain' hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel and won't be looking elsewhere next time we stay in Plymouth. |

On arriving at a clean and spacious reception manned with helpfull and polite staff (a must when you have 2 kids in tow at 10.30pm) directed to a clean and well laid out room where, if you took socks off, you were not going to get black feet. On going down fro meals the service was among the best I have found anywhere in the country with good honest food that would satisfy even the most voratious hunger. Breafkaft was cetainly true to its name with a good selection of hot foot the was regularly replenished. No need to pile everything on one plate, just go back for more as you want it and as fresh is served up (again a must with children). On checking out and needing local inforamation the attitude was "if I dont know I can find out". Lack of childrens channels on the TV. A subscription to Sky would not go amiss. |
